the fact is that until now none of the allcoins have been able to compete with bitcoin. so, whatever allcoin comments will always refer to the movement of bitcoin, if bitcoin grows stronger than the previous year there are many possibilities for neo and other altcoins to follow the growing move.

Actually NEO brought a lot of value. It's the best platform if you consider security and TPS (dBFT). Seed funded a lot of good projects. Growing its dev community with events and meetings all around the globe. And by now it's the platform with the wider range of languages available for smart contracts deployment.

NEO strategy is very well planned, there is a certain amount of tokens that is kept in order to invest in coins that will improve NEO ecosystem. ambitious that will not be achieved. I think this is a fact, however neo will not be able to defeat ethereum. much less to beat bitcoin as the king of all crypto. I believe neo opportunities grow always and potentially. I think it would be advantageous to trade briefly when bitcoin grows high.
