Price of bitcoin was 150$/neo coin highest in my memory that I remember but right now price of this coin is 60$/neo coin + , so better to have this coin for long term .At this condition of you are going to buy for short term then I will not recommend to you to buy because it is not easy at this price range of neo coin to fluctuate to up , but surely for long term it will go for better pump .
Beside of this coin you can choose another perfect coins are also which are better from the point view of technology and potential in the cryptocurrency market like dash , etherium , etherium classic for long term .
