I very much doubt that NEO will be able to bypass the ethereum, not to mention Bitcoin. Of course, this platform is very promising, but not so much.

As far as I remember, at some point (last winter, when its price was almost $200) NEO was ranked #5, so it definitely was in top 10 by market capitalization. Agreed, ethereum is going down with no signs of recovery. Too many scam ICOs is giving it a bad reputation, plus those guys are cashing out which adds more pressure on the price. NEO doesn't have any of these problems and it is already running DAPPs for great ICOs

I agree NEO has the huge potential coin but I don't agree with your statement because compared to ETH, Neo has less popularity. ETH is facing the same situation which it is impossible to cross the Bitcoin price.
