I don't think Bittrex would get involved in something like that especially with the huge numbers they are doing in volume and users since some months. Probably devs and/or some big NEO whales trying to take advantage of the momentum to push it the higher they can by hyping it on social medias. I don't even follow their development but I must say trading it made me some good money so far. Cheesy
