The OP is just a troll, he didn't even give a single argument why the price could drop at all. At the moment, we are all seeing positive price movements in the cryptocurrency market, so if there is no disaster in the NEO protocol, we should be watching its price rise rather than fall to the bottom.

I'm not sure about that, unless there is something bad happen from its NEO system, be it the project was abandoned by its developer and the coin is not safe anymore because several reason.

And so far I haven't seen it, even there are some crypto user who believe that this coin will become the next ETH. It means there is many reason for this coin still being choosed by the investor to keep hold the coin. Moreover with the current situation where DeFi hype has made the ETH holder is angry especially about fee transaction who getting high right now, there will be many user who will find another alternative to use ethereum.

Although everything is possible in crypto market but I'm quite it would not happen with NEO it has totally different approach and much stronger community behind this token. I think market is way too overcrowded when you consider that there really are no apps and no utility other than the so called defi shit going on now. But NEO is not too bad. I should know because I have invested in this project a long time ago which its GAS mainly fuel the project. NEO to other scam coins because neo was a top coin but those coins that your talking about are only the ico and defi coins that didn't make a name yet on the crypto community.

Sorry I don't agree that NEO may hit an all time low price again, because NEO is a project with very strong fundamentals.
So I am sure the price will go up soon, if you look at the current NEO price movement, it has started to increase by around 8%.
I suggest you don't sell NEO right now, it's better to hold on to NEO that you have at least until 2021. Because I am optimistic
that in 2021 NEO will increase in price.

I understand that this is a speculation section, but when you give your price predictions, you should also provide some arguments that you think will make the price to that level.
Giving only the price, no one will take it seriously.

Its not going to happen of course but if it would, many of us would probably use their BTC to bag NEO. You can just imagine how much you can profit with $1000 to buy NEO for $0.07. What could be the reason for a price to dive this low should have been mentioned by OP. Projects like this NEO had been very successful which developers are interested to create dapps on top of it.

In December 2017, when BTC cost $20k, I would have cut my hand that the Bitcoin price would never drop to $3k again, but it happened.
In the current situation, if something spectacular (like an inside scam for example) does not happen, there is of course no chance that the NEO price will go down to $0.07. I guess, OP just missed the train and would like one more chance to buy cheap coins.

Although, I will never advise anyone to invest in NEO due to it concepts and centralization but I have a reason to believe the statement you make about the project was just to spread FUD because you dont back your claim with any evidence that show the project will dump to the $0.07 price range you mention and the last time I checked the project is supported by some whales which wont mind spending their fund just to make sure it doesnt dump to the $0.07 price.
