I think it is reasonable to choose NEM, cause it is far going technology and they have a really strong community. Recently I saw the interview of their CEO and he was really optimistic about their future
Try Neo and NEM both or NEO as a priority. Neo is a better coin than NEM.
Why don't you buy both? Split your money into 50/50 and get them both, they are great coins and could brng you some big profits in the future.

I cant say for sure whether NEM is a good buy or not. My NEM wallet keeps crashing and have lost funds stored up there. I am not even able to local the private key. Does anyone know where it is stored on the wallet? It's a wallet from Google playstore for Android phones.
Why not you try LTC by the way. But if you just want to choose Neo or NEM then Neo is better in terms of profits.

if you asked me what I choose between neo and new, my answer I will invest with both neo and nem because this coin has potential to increase and will be good for a long term investment. I have some amount of neo and nem but I don't want to sell right now and I think I want to sell if the price really increases so high and I will sell some part from the total amount.
If I am not mistaken NEO is manage by Chinese or is from China. NEM I am not that sure, but choosing between this two I know is a difficult one. I would have to go for a greater possibilities in in a long term period. Stability and Popularity wise NEO also got it. Nevertheless if you have huge budget, it's better to buy and have this two any way both are effective in different and similar ways.

NEO is the best choice, there are many upcoming updates with NEO and almost all of them are huge. One more thing is that it has a solid community and backed up and partners with big companies. Did i already told you that Jack Ma is betting on this coin too?

If you have dilemma but you have money i can only suggest you to buy them both. For example, if you buy neo you will watch nem and sooner or later you will buy it and vice versa. Makes any sense?Here I have had so dilemma many times. I do not have much money to buy and I decide to buy between 2 coins. Then I see how the coin grows, but I do not have it in my wallet. This feeling is shit. Therefore, if I have doubts and I want to choose between two - I choose both. In fact, you made a good choice NEO and NEM. But it's worthwhile to add more Litecoin. I think so.

A difficult choice, as both are equally good and potentially very promising in the future. I think you should buy both for long-term investments. 
I hold both coins. Neo I need to invest in Chinese projects, which are now gaining popularity. Believe me soon projects on the blockchain Neo will be many times larger and the price of Neo will increase. Nem is also very promising and I think that you can buy a little for storage as a long-term investment!
I guess that NEO has more long term possibilities, if you can survive the rollercoaster...

If you have dilemma but you have money i can only suggest you to buy them both. For example, if you buy neo you will watch nem and sooner or later you will buy it and vice versa. Makes any sense? 
NEO has the potential to rise up as high as ethereum so it is a safe bet. Not sure when it will happen so it is a long term hold project. NEM might be better for quick return day trading so depends on how much time you have to study market trends and do quick buy & sells
I would advise you to choose Nem. NEO has already given a very big profit. I do not think that he will give another x10. And NEM has every chance to give us a profit in x10. 
It seems to me that NEO is a scam, centralized China coin, so I bought NEM and hodl him.
NEO is probably a good investment for a long term period, but I think it's better choose between Litecoin and BTG.
NEO will give smaller return but less risk and NEM will give more return but its more risky
Of all the major alt coins, NEM moves up slowly but the trend is clear. If i had to pick between one of those i'd go with NEO. Its a smart contract coin and you dont have any of that in your portfolio already, so in a way it brings a little diversity to your crypto investments.
