Neon is good wallet. There is manual GAS claime but it is nothing other limitations. And this is light wallet without whole blockchain

i think you can deposit in binance and hold your NEO there since Binance will give the GAS you earn for holding it each month

My suggestions are neotracker weallet, Neon wallet.
Binance as well all know is a fast growing exchange for buying/selling cryptocurrencies from anywhere in the world. It is also a good wallet .In stead of storing your NEO in a centralized exchange i am giving you an option if you are already holding your NEO in an exchange. You could give GAS each month, hold NEO assets and trade if you want.
Binance is unlikely any other wallets, it is a wallet and it is as exchange for buying/selling cryptocurrencies. The NEO wallet of Binance gives you access to the NeoGAS tokens on the 2nd of each month which is not done by any exchange wallet so far now.
I say this to everyone who talks about best wallets. Hardware wallet. I use a ledger nano s. there is no better way to store and move your crypto.

there are some good wallets: Ledger Nano S, NEON, Ansy, NEOWallet. They could store your NEO coins and give you GAS token.

Only best wallet for you: NEO core wallet from dev! Other wallet need to check carefull before used to avoid loss your coin!

I do not recommend any hardware or online wallet, because still there is a big risk, that your coins will be stole, buy ledger or trezor and you will be 100% safe
