"I got my money from Neteller ($22,700 in total) after I complained to Financial Ombudsman (http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/), this one you must write for sure. But they accept any complains if for 60 days your case wasn’t answered by Paysafe or wasn’t resolved into your favor. Remember to complain about your Neteller account to PAYSAFE (not Neteller) ([email protected]) since they are the parent company and have the license. Complaining to Neteller will not help.

If you want your money complain to the Financial Authorities were Paysafe and Neteller (or Skrill) are registered and you will get your money back like me. Don’t complain on Forums, they are not in charge of such problems and they will not refund you.

There is also FCA (www.fca.org.uk) were Paysafe is licensed but they cannot help you at all, only Financial Ombudsman can, but you can write to both of them just in case so they know your problem and maybe revoke the Paysafe license if many people complain about it.

If you lost your money in Skrill, it’s the same procedure, complain first to Paysafe (not Skrill) ([email protected]) and if after 60 days there is no answer or no refund, contact the Financial Ombudsman. Good luck!"

Hi guys,

had some real trouble with NETELLER as well. Support is horrible and it looks like they don't even care to help their customers. Sad Anyway, found some really helpful guys and wanted to share this with you:

https://www.ewallet-optimizer.com/neteller/neteller-review/

They have done an amazing job to help me. Best support ever! If you do some research you can see that they some kind of business relationship with Neteller for quite some time (other eWallet providers too) and I did not find any negative feedback. Definitely worth a try!

Regards,
Tomek

the , financial-ombudsman.org.uk now is doing his best to recover what is bin stolen by  Optimal Payments Limited !.

The are telling lies and make it look" u are the scammer so they dont have give back YOUR money.

WEN U TRADE BITC WITH NETELLER U CAN LOOSE ALL YOUR MONEY AS THEY SEE U AS ;

Quote. ,
Optimal is not in the position to reinburse "customers" who knowingly undertake risky trades of this nature, without any due care afforded to it and with out fault of our own, especcially when no fault appears to be levelled with the customer who has a party to this.

the only risk U have if optimal REVERSE the trade .
U have no rights They don,t care less ...try to talk, ...or reason they dont want to give u your money , AS they know the scammer closed his account end THEY
have to give u the money.

Dont use neteller.

Forget and avoid Neteller, actually they don't protect the scammers, they are the scammers themselves.
They will remove the money from your account to their own pocket not to return to anyone. They have a huge load of 3rd World workers for their call centers who can't know rats about the company's operation and shady policies to get away with their customers' money.

On this point, they respect the law.
No company have the right to do that.

The only solution, if you take legal action, a judge would request this information, and it will probably not give them to you. Only the justice can solve this problem, not you directly.

I was a poker player to ....

I am not a poker player, i have just read/see a lot of scam story around this game (online and IRL too). Sad

Be aware with all this company, there are all in tax havens: businesses are well protected when they bring money, but individual customers are much less (if not at all).

The best company i have tested which provide virtual credit card is Bancore.com. There is in Danmark. Work well, but high fee.
