Apparently a guest made a trade on their platform somewhere on the 1st Jan 2019 and left them a positive rating!It looks like the guest was from the Future because it was not until 24th April this year, that the domain was registered

Well, obviously we have an idea who's that guest that made a transaction from that year and it was also them trying to give a good rating on themselves. OP can still improve and do better with this if they want to make this business of theirs genuine and attract people to trade on their exchange. You have many things to consider OP to make your website better and by being honest and transparent with every details you put.
Depositors will take two minutes to know that the platform is an incomplete template, and here the fears will increase that there may be many side doors that may lead to losing their money or giving them bad trading prices, so no one will deposit their money.
Try to rebuild the site professionally, redesign the interfaces to look like a single platform and not a collection of ideas and codes that were collected from the Internet.
Also, I do not think that you have sufficient liquidity to cover customer requests, and therefore the platform will run APIs in the backend, which is linked to other CEXs (more fees.)

You have an eye for details, but not good an exchange with an unfinished template, you never launch an exchange where there are flaws in its template.
OP should do better than this, this is an exchange he should create a good design thread with complete information its hard for a new exchange to gain a good reputation if this is the best you can come out with, I would not trust an exchange like this, who do not invest on their template and announcement.

I don't think that you're serious with this business and your service because looking at your website, there's really a lot of things to be done and yours isn't like what the typical exchanges we've got.
It's also suspicious if all of those last transactions that's being placed on your website are genuine.

You claim that NetexBit has a license, but there is no mention of the type of license, in which country and license number, or any mention of any legal data.
I searched the site and found that TOS page is in Russian, and the anti-money laundering page has not been updated.
I entered some wrong BTC addresses and the site supported them.
The exchange rate is almost the same as the exchange rates in the central platforms, and I do not know if there are hidden fees that will appear.
I do not want to be rude and say that the service is scam, but it is not ready or not worthy of trust at the present time.
