What does "anytime replacement warranty" mean? It says "OR" so explain what's different?

Warranty means he will replace account for you if it is down.Actually these accounts are black-hat and can get down anytime.Those account which got no warranty you can't get replacement. If I buy a Netflix account, why would it not stay alive? Why do I need "warranty"?
