Look at Africa where many people do not even have a roof over their heads, but meanwhile more and more people have smartphones!
What I wanna say: All can participate, and not just "chosen ones"...

Think about it... Smiley

Otherwise, I largely agree with you...
you are right. I understood what he said, and I also strongly agreed on that. however, it's not wrong to think of getting rich quickly from crypto, but that doesn't require us to invest in every place. the point is if you really feel that crypto can make you rich, try looking for a job that is paid for with crypto, even that can be used via a smartphone. Besides that, investing is quite risky for now, but I think that only applies to the new altcoins.

I think most people approach crypto in the wrong way. With "get rich quick" approach.

If you come to crypto with such an attitude, you should never ever invest.

On the other hand, if you actually had to earn it while doing whatever you are usually doing anyway, that involves money?

Examples:
You get crypto as a token of gratitude after making donation to some project. (crowdfunding)
or
You are paid crypto as a bonus to your salary.
or
... (any other examples come to your mind?)

Wouldn't the whole cryptoworld be way more healthy? What do you think about it?

Looks good and I'm ok with it, but it should be coins that has a market we have a lot of tokens created for the purpose of being a donation coin but failed miserably and never get into the market, the best bonus anyone can get is something that will get value in the future, imagine receiving a coin, that after a week or two the value has increased, of course because of market volatility it has the possibility to decreased also.

You got the main point out there. Well, that's the reality, especially these times where almost all altcoins or crypto projects are making some huge price surge. New people who have been encourage because of the profits without reviewing what kind of investment it is will be always get trapped.
I always teach my fellow crypto enthusiast that they have to think price and calculate the risk before they invest. There are so many projects that offers low risk high reward and so why to choose high risk with low reward.

Getting crypto by doing something like doing a task and or other jobs and services I think that is the best way for you to get crypto with the skills they have and also, if they only expect to get rich quick then of course that is the way it will be difficult to achieve, but if they aim to get rich by working hard through a long process then I don't think it's wrong in that way because the most important thing is to appreciate a process and there is no quick profit and no quick way to get rich because success requires a process.

I agree with you that irrespective of the way you go about it there's time and effort that one must put in to get the reward either this being 'too fast' i.e. making money quick, or not. The difference between some people and their success is the 'doing' and taking risks and not just saying for the sake of it which what some people on here seem to be. There's also the element of extreme luck but that's nothing you can do about.
The mentality is a factor, we should think differently. Many people here in the cryptocurrency market want to be rich in just short period of time and it is the problem, we should think long term success and it requires patience and hardwork. We should also used to take many risks as possible because it is important for us to grow as a investors and traders. If we will play safe, our dream is in danger because most of people nowadays are playing safe and avoiding to take so much risks.

In this altcoin season? There are some IEO that worth investing in whether as a newbie or as a veteran. Although, one has to be careful and invest only what he or she can afford to lose.

Probably this must be one of the worst suggestion I have come across in recent times. Because I have not seen anyone suggesting about not to invest in cryptocurrencies. If we go for studying about what are good assets for getting us better ROI, I guess cryptocurrencies must be having top spot in such a list. So, investing into cryptocurrencies is highly recommended for those people who loves taking risks but still on calculated way. Cryptocurrencies will get you better ROI but you must be aware of what coins are good to invest with.

Cryptocurrency market must be too vast which is the reason why many people are easily getting failed here. You must take time to do due diligence so that you can filter out all the improper projects for not investing with them. When you are good at your due diligence then you can easily make lots of money by simply risking only very small amount in cryptocurrencies then how it will be a right to call not to invest in cryptocurrencies.

Newcomers treated crypto as a quick scheme which they can earn money instant. Lack of knowledge actually that's why they have wrong impression to what cryptocurrency really offers. This is not the way when you invest and put money you will earned big immediately. You have to learn and study though so never invest without knowing crypto first.

A lot of people will not know how long we have been working hard investing time, money and energy in projects for some years now, when the bull run begins and we are enjoying the reward they will think it is a get rich quick thing we have done.
Actually crypto is such a rewarding package and for we that the value of our payment on my country is not even commensurate to the work done,I dedicate good time for it.
That is the essense of investment. It is not easy and fast profits or gains. There are only success and failure. If one wanted fast to earn then probably the more risky it will be or lower chance on getting the investment successfully. This is why investing in tokens is really bad. Yes, most of the team handling projects paying tokens as an exchange for your money then promises to double it over a small period of time sounds fishy. There is no way I can trust my money to them instead I will just invest in bitcoin and wait for a time to earn.

Create your coin for FREE ★mintme.com★

Well, I do not understand why exactly you have such an opinion. You are promoting your business based on cryptocurrencies: "Create your coin for FREE at mintme.com" and you come with this idea? Who are you? It doesn´t make me any sense... And when you do not believe in other cryptocurrencies, why are you here?  Huh

I only ask to not invest in them but to actually use them. Currently, if some person supports another one via Patreon for example, he/she does it without getting anything in return. On mintme.com they would get such person coins in return. Would it make them rich? Probably not, but maybe they would gain something in the future if such person becomes famous and more and more people try to buy same coins but for higher price, for the purpose of support.

There are way more use cases out there. Just investing seems wasteful.

It is true that so many people especially newbies come into the cryptoworld with a wrong mentality Investing in cryptocurrrencies can be frustrating a times. A lot of investors have lost their money in the past and even presently  some developers are coming up with the aim of scamming  investors .

so i will advise people to take their time and research about any project before putting in money . And  For  traders  If you must trade then learn  the skill and dont be in a hurry to make money so you don't  end up  losing your capital.

if he comes in 2016 or 2017 then it can be said that crypto is a place to "get rich quick" but for now don't expect anything because we now need more time and effort to research a project and see market movements

Some of the cryptocurrencies we know were created for the purpose of transaction and those who created those cryptocurrencies stated clearly that it was to be used for transactions, while there are other cryptocurrencies that were created for reasons that are different for that. Bitcoin is one of those few that were created for transaction, but since it’s volatile and the money put there doesn’t remain the same after some time, people now sees it as a way to earn money.

When I started using Bitcoin I was just using it for sending and receiving payment, took me time to start investing. I mean when people start realizing about the potential of cryptocurrencies with respect to great future then definitely no one could stop them from investing into cryptocurrencies. I'm always recommending to go for only bitcoin investments other than trying any random altcoins.

This is truly an income where you have to be more careful even If you want to invest in a project then you have to clear mind and analyze the project properly. But the main thing to remember is not to invest large amount of capital in any project because then you will be more at risk of extinction.

However, i think all new investors should start with very little capital, because it is better to do research on investment in the first place than to make a profit,! You can't get rich quick if you want to, so patience is the key to your investing.

Admit it or not, almost all people who have learned or heard about crypto is an easy scheme to get rich. Where you will just put your money and it will multiply in a small span of time. Experience will either teach newcomers lesson or truth about crypto investing. There is no investment that can guarantee any return, as long as there's money involved, risk is always present.

Having that kind of mindset has nothing to do with hard work, and thinking that money will work for you. Most ponzi scheme businesses that used this kind of process mapping will promise this kind of mindset, that usually motivates a person of becoming reach is always posible. Though in a business, risking your money is always a part of the whole category, but when you're in crypto we should determine the right asset to choose to avoid losing your future profit.
Getting rich quick was the first understanding almost all newcomers have about cryptocurrency and i guess all this happen because of the early adopters testimony but I believe making lost and profit in crypto investment is a matter of choice because we all understand that every investment have it own risk involve so any newcomer that expect crypto to be risky free despite the volatility in nature of crypto market definitely shouldnt have join it in the first place.

@Hippocrypto, determine the right assets is not enough to thrive if the investors/traders dont know the perfect time to enter or exit the market.

Obviously there are a lot of people who are looking at it wrong way but most others are looking at it wrong way as well. If you want to make more crypto you should earn it and that should be but what crypto currency is all about. Sure people who live in Europe for example could buy Dollars when it is low and sell it when it is high but usually, do you make money with money on regular basis? No you use money, money is used a lot and crypto is still a currency and a money itself as well.

So, you should definitely just put your hard work on the table and get money in return of your work and that money could be in crypto form. I am not saying that should be the only way to make crypto obviously but all I am saying is there are not enough people who are doing that and a lot more people who are trying to make money by trading it.
