Do not think that all ICO is a scam. I myself managed to participate in very profitable projects, but I think that now they are disappearing from the market..
Thanks to Vitalik Buterin, we have a safer way of investing in ICO projects. DAICO is the new generation of ICO that will change a lot in the crypt.
I agree. It is very risky to invest in a company that does not have a product. A very big chance that this will be a scam project.
ICOs with no products can be very dangerous and can be called a bad investment since there will be no basis for the use of the coin it will only be loss in circulation after a couple of years because of the decreasing value.
I do agree that as far as ICO's are concerned we need to make sure that the ICO has an actual product capable of being used or utilized by its customers or clients. Even beta prototypes as fas as I am concerned is a sign that things are going as planned and that the ICO is not a scam.
Is there an ICO in which you were convinced personally to make such loud statements? There are no such, it is your investment only at your own risk. I here for example invested in 2 ICO projects and did not regret it.
i think about half the investors population and approx 90 % of those who invest money anywhere would have invested in crypto either a satoshi or full block and big ones maybe the industrialists.
I have lost 5 ETH in this year's ICO project, which is a lot of money for me. I agree with you, rather than put money in an unknown project, instead of putting your investment on a mainstream coin that is likely to grow much less risky and hold on for a long time.

ICO with a product in development are usually safer but sometimes also ICO still with "idea on paper" can be very profitable if the idea is brillant and project is valid...
I did not invest in ICO, but judging by how many negative posts can be found on the forum, I have not lost much..
Most of a project that had a previous product and it turned out to be a success, most likely for the project will also succeed. I think a product is also important as an indicator of how the team worked before, but that also is not a guarantee that the project will be successful. The role of the manager is also very important for the success of the project and of course a big project will not be solely in choosing a manager.
we do have to consider a lot when wanting to invest in a product including an ico product. because now this investment is also very vulnerable. better we are equally patient to see the ico review is good or not

Also dont invest in projects who dont have team and token utility.

I have invested to some project and although I only send 3 eth its still frustrating to see them keep delaying the release of the token to their investors. I only have few money to play and yet these ICOs are making our money frozen.
