I have not actually tested the method the first few steps I have used on my own and they work the last step of actually creating multiple uber accounts I have not done but the method would work I can test in a few days I dont use uber much but i plan to use it friday
denyoz has been so kind as to seed a vouch copy of his method to me for review. I can confirm this method looks to be a valid method. It does require some work and has some limitations but for the buyer who uses uber infrequently for short trips this method will work for you. Consider this method now vouched for as working by mindtrip and trust feedback has been posted.

So can you at least tell us who loses the money here? Is it Uber itself, the drivers, or a client?

if you never pay for uber again, who ultimately absorbs the loss/your gain ? i hope it is not the poor driver who is trying to make a few bucks.
I'd think it would be the company. If they were holding drivers liable for all losses, they wouldn't make it far. And Uber makes a lot off everything regardless, so they can sustain the hit. That said, this seems extremely shady and brings about ethical issues.
Perhaps the method is on cracking Uber accounts and then buying a ride via an unsuspecting Uber customer. If that was the case, then it's just the Uber client who is losing money unsuspectingly.
