The .tk was temporary for pre launch maintenance and was never meant to go public. Yes it is fully operable yet was really meant for temporary pre-launch maintenance.
How Can I Pay winnings? We have invested more than $25,000.00 USD in bitcoin to be used as a bank for the startup of the casino. We are well equipped to handle a 'big win' when it comes along.

My advice is to create a new user name such as "CasinoElectric.com" or what not.
Its good that you have 25K in funds available, which is most than what most new dice sites have these days. However you need to prove this by signing your BTC address with proof that you have access to these funds.
And my advice is to first launch the site properly and then look for gamblers, because if your site is buggy you will get nothing but bad feedback.
