Hi,

on the provably fair page, the server-seed-hash and current client-seed don't show up (they do in the corners of the ticket) even though there's text that says they should. I tried to change the client-seed while I had a scratchticket loaded but unopened, but that didn't seem to recreate the ticket, nor did it give any feedback as to when the change would apply. The client-seed was changed correctly on the next ticket. Perhaps add a notice about when such a change goes into effect and/or allow the option to regenerate a ticket if the client-seed is changed after a bet is placed, but before any icons are scratched.

And for the promotion, my u/n is Rannasha Smiley
Thanks for your feedback. When you click on the provably fair tab, you should see this popup where you can see the server seed that will be used on your next game, and change the client seed.

Changes you make to the client seed, and the server seed displayed in the popup apply to any "new" scratchticket you start. Once you have started a scratchticket, those values are set and remain unchanged because the pattern is determined when you hit the "place bet" button using the current values.

Do you see something different? If so, what browser are you using? If you are on a phone, you really need to go landscape to make the width wide enough to do anything with the site.

BTW, your BTC have been credited - Thanks again for your feedback and have fun  Cheesy

I think withdrawals are manual.  Undecided

I think the same,i'm waiting over 30 minutes,now. :-/

Sorry for the delay. Your withdrawal has been paid. You can see the transaction ID in the "account" tab under the scratchticket. I will send the TXID to you PM if you would like, let me know.

Most withdrawals should now be automatic. We do have certain security procedures in place that may cause a delay of up to 8 hours, but this should not happen too often. We have just adjusted these procedures so that more transactions will go through automatically.

Thank you. Smiley

Hi there. Withdrawals are automatic and should happen instantly (or close to it) 98% of the time. There are 2 instances where this wouldn't be the case. (1) We keep 2 wallets for payouts. A hot wallet which can be used immediately to payout. And cold storage, which may take up to 8 hours to access - depending on a variety of factors. Most of the time, payouts come from the hot wallet. The (2) reason a withdrawal may take 8-24 hours is that if it is flagged by a series of security measures we have in place. We have just adjusted our security measures so more transactions will happen immediately.

FYI, all withdrawals have been paid.
