I think the selling method is like cigar, so because your coffe require beer then to maximize the profit from coffe, u should refresh every minute (beer sold every minute)

you can have more than 2000 satoshis/day profit from every invention you revealing.
the reason: inactive players don't deserve to have profit from inventions, because they can use this game as a very very good paying faucet, once / day they will go there, and click to 10 buttons and get 5000-6000 satoshis... I cannot give that much for 1 page impression...

Stuff from Inventions is checked to be sold only by refreshing? If I'll refresh page more times, my Absinth will be sold faster?

what it means additive? If you think, you can find warehouse multiple times, you are wrong

Can someone tell me if I hire an inventor once for 3000Satoshi + 200SP will he invent something new or I have to hire him a couple of times? 
You will get around 700-1000 point per hire invention (time : 1 day), to discover one invention u need 10000 point, so u need hire around 9-12 times to discover one.
