I think the ticket price is too high - 0.01 BTC. For most people acceptable ticket price would be 0.0001 BTC. Plus how can you prove that site is not scam ? So most possible the lottery is just gambling site.

We have met with many allegations and uncertainties, so let me try to explain the situation.

The sampling algorithm (sampling without repetitions) retrieves all the addresses participating in the 001btclottery from an .csv file. It then draws 79 addresses from across the pool and assigns them numbers 1-79. Number 1 corresponds to the prize in the form of 1 BTC; number 2 for 0.5 BTC, number 3 for 0.3 BTC, number 4 for 0.3BTC etc, number 5 for 0.3BTC etc, number 6 for 0.1BTC etc. For the first 150 participants we have prepared a bonus in the form of a double chance to win in the lottery - the address will be assigned to the pool twice.

Our funds:

BTC: 3QhzS9XPfsjpePMDotS1vkMh2LenG6pJNj
ETHER: 0xc9F609690c0b1CDa06B37F7B687b95Bd16b37aF1
DOGE: DC6CaqMPboH2ag8DDj4nhVBooEwfAGh7en

The indicated material comes from the test server and is fully owned by us. To be clear, however - the images are only a visualization of the site - we are going to elevate. The site's layout will be subject to change in the coming months.

No other guarantees can be given.

Thanks to all new participants, we wish you good luck in the draw   Smiley

This is not the right section for this type of thing.
It would make more sense for you to post over here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=71.0

How would a world wide btc lottery work? Has anyone thought it up or built it yet?

You'd have to escrow the winning funds, to prove you'd pay out.  Most of the ideas are just scams.

But there are lots of trustworthy escrows on the forum and even outside of it.

Im going to do some digging and see if I can come up with something.
