I had pretty much the same experience the first time I played at Bonusblitz casino except within 72 hours I had my cashout. The problem is I have requested my second payout with them from winnings from a second bonus, it has been a week since I made that request and they will not even answer the emails I have sent. I have sent at least 5 emails to the payment department and 2 to management and have received no reply. When I talk to the chat agents it's the same thing every time, they are not able to see that you have to email for information. What is the point of a 72-hour rule which has 48 on their website if they can't abide by their own rules? I mean it's crypto what is the hold-up? They do not wait for us to deposit to be able to play, I think that they need something or someone watching this and yank their privileges if they can't abide by their own rules. I am not canceling my withdrawal and will keep emailing them and management till someone replies. I might even send them one email after another just to aggravate them as they have aggravated, me. If you're looking for a fast payout casino, I play at the Limitless Casino they payout in 10 minutes or less and have great perks for playing. They also offer 100 free spins to new members. I am not trying to promote them but they are very reliable for paying.

Not impressed with the casino whatsoever let me share my email i sent support which has received no response in 24 hours from when i sent it...

first of all id like to bring to your knowledge the statement as shown under the faq section on your website (also included in screenshot included in this email)
" We pride ourselves on never hiding our rules. If any rule has not been displayed on our website or in the casino lobby, we consider them non-applicable to the promotion. "
that being said i have been having a discrepancy with your bonus of the $200 free chip and what the terms and conditions are surrounding this bonus.

i recently contacted live chat online and was told that the bonus had only a max cash out of $50 (which was not stated anywhere on your site under the terms and conditions, lobby, bonus terms, or otherwise) and in my attempt to argue my point i was closed out of the chat (very unprofessional and disrespectful) i attempted to have my records sent via email but i have received no such transcript)
i explained in the chat that i had every intention of making the necessary deposit prior to requesting any cashout (for the verification deposit as listed in your terms and conditions) i also expressed frustration with the removal of funds following the completion of my playthrough requirements. i had a balance of over $2000 prior to closing out of my game once i completed the requirements once the page loaded in the lobby my balance was reduced to its current balance of $12.24. according to my understanding of your terms and conditions it should have been reduced to a balance of $400 (this being the max withdrawal determined by having the free chip amount of $200 multiplied times 2. {this is listed in your faq section under the stated question "what is the maximum withdrawal amount i can withdraw from a free non-deposit promotion"}) overall i'm extremely disappointed in how this has been handled to this point and i hope you will be able to rectify this situation and we can come to some agreement without posting my negative experience online.

This is my first post here, but I have to say, this is a awesome RTG casino.  I cashed out on my bonus ($100) free play. There were absolutly no issues at all.  That support staff on chat were knowledgable of the product and kind as well.  The girls in the banking department were kind as well and did there job fast and effectively.   I'm not fond of the 48-hour waiting period on withdrawl request, but That's better than most of the real-time gaming casinos. Personally it's hard for me to believe it when people get all mad and upset at these casinos because they can't cash out or whatever when it's free money they're getting they're putting a deposit on they're getting a free roll or no possible bonus if it takes a little bit of time it takes a little time.

I'm happy (and relieved) to report that the first of three withdraws was processed this morning to my BTC wallet. I have two for $2,000 and one for $983.50... So I did receive the first $2,000 just before 8 AM today. It's a different process from its sister site that pays out instantly. As a precautionary measure, I voluntarily sent in my KYC docs, which were approved.

Overall, I would say that BonusBlitz is reputable. The 48 hour withdraw window is a bit of a hassle, but they do pay out, and I want to give them kudos for that. I will update on my two remaining withdraws ($2,000 and $983.50) and will post when I receive those.

I made a $500 BTC deposit, used the 1000% bonus, and easily made the rollover in about 3 hours. So my max cashout is $5k, they allow a w/d of $2k/day, max of $5k/week. I received the confirmation email for my w/d, they mentioned it would be processed after the 48 hour period.

As for "scamminess", as I mentioned to the OP, this new casino is set up EXACTLY like a casino group that consists of Casino Extreme, Casino Brango, Limitless Casino and Yabby Casino, all of which have instant payouts, and again, Bonus Blitz is set up EXACTLY like this very reputable group of casinos. I always get paid within minutes at Limitless, Casino Extreme... So that's what drew me in. I was under the presumption that they added Bonus Blitz to their lineup, as all of the others have a 1000% welcome bonus.

Will let you know it my cashout gets paid... although, I'm not getting my hopes up with what I'm reading.

I did do research on the casino always do there was just nothing to find and i played and win on a no deposit bonus the decision was a weighted one to risk the $10 deposit in hopes they pay out my win with no other reviews to go off of and I'm pretty sure they're not even licensed by anybody, I don't see any certifications on there page so it was risky but paid off, I mainly posted this to start the review process on this new casino because there are literally no reviews for it besides this one which I've never encounter thanks for your comment it gives good advice

Thank you for sharing your experience with us through this forum. Your experience suggests that BonusBlitz casino may not be the best option for players looking for a smooth and hassle-free online gambling experience. It is essential to carefully review a casino's terms and conditions and customer reviews before depositing money or accepting bonuses.

I think your experience is very valuable for us not to trust sites that we may not know before and are not in this forum.
I just tried to login on that site but i see like something very ridiculous deposit bonus 1000%.
I understand maybe it's a strategy way to attract the attention of gamblers who visit the site.
But in my opinion, gamblers who have been gambling on any site for a long time will not be fooled by bonuses that don't make sense.
I myself don't believe in bonuses. It's better to avoid something that doesn't make sense

I am very very frustrated that people know how to scam with people and they have just new ways.
I want to tell you that there was a time when I do not know what is Bitcoin and crypto. At that time I decided to join crypto casino that I am not going tell.
But when at beginning level I was earning some heavy money but at sudden after that my all bets goes to Zero and I always loose. That's why I just try to avoid these kind of fishy websites too.
So just try to avoid these and focus on Bitcoin and crypto trading, investment etc.

I must say you really took a great risk with the $10 deposit decision you made in order to withdraw your winnings of $100. What if the withdrawal was not successful? I can't take this risk though because of the experience I had with a local casino that gave me a bonus. After I wagered all the bonus and won some bets, I was asked to deposit before I could withdraw, and immediately my deposit dropped, meaning all my bonus and winnings were gone, leaving just the deposit.
So at some point, if not that you decided never to give up even with their unhelpful response from the support, you would not have gotten the withdrawal at the time you got it.

Thank you very much @op for your honest review of Bonusblitz.com casino, I personally have never heard or come across this casino anywhere on the internet since my years of gambling, I want to believe that this casino have probably been around and scamming patient gamblers on a low key - or maybe like you said, they are new, but then, with this kind of first time experience from you, I want to believe they mean no good for the gambling industry, as well as community.

Would make sense to avoid this casino, and I would also join voice with OP's and ask anyone coming across this thread to as well, avoid this Casino, there are several other reputable casinos to choose from.

You already know how casinos work which can lead to fraud and with that experience, I think you should not choose a casino at random and not be tempted by big bonuses. You are better off looking for casinos on this forum instead of still looking for casinos from out there or from review sites from other people. Or you can read reviews from @efialtis and @gamblingbro, who have experience finding casino sites that we can not trust.

This is a lesson for all of us. Not all casinos that provide large bonuses will allow us to withdraw the winning money we get without complying with the terms and conditions of the casino. And we also have to be careful not to deposit an amount we can't afford just because of the big bonus. There are still many casinos that can give us satisfaction instead of choosing a casino like that.

to be honest I'm not really interested in casino sites that are not in this forum and I trust more in casino sites that are in this forum than those outside the forum that don't have any reputation.
but seeing the 1000% deposit bonus is really amazing. because so far I have never seen a casino offer a 1000% deposit bonus and this is only to entice gamblers to try to register there and make a deposit and maybe get scammed.

for people who have a long term mind, usually see sites that offer unreasonable bonuses, should think twice about making a deposit. due to unnatural bonuses such as indirect fraud.
but I thank the OP for sharing your experience here so that other people who are here are careful gambling on unknown sites.

I'm sorry about what happened with OP, and although the amount is not large, it all takes a long time, but what I would like to say about this is that usually all scam projects give you something for free, but these are just numbers on their website and after that they definitely ask you to make a test deposit, it doesn't matter if it's an online casino or fake crypto exchange. Thank you for sharing your negative experience with us.

If you look at the site, there is a 1000% bonus and it looks tempting. Therefore, I'm a bit unsure about casino sites that impose big promotions like this. I'm worried that there won't be fair games so it will drain my money faster if I play there, but you are one of those people. the lucky ones can get free $ 100 money without having to make a large deposit, moreover, this casino site looks like it's still new, your experience is interesting to read here.  Wink

In my opinion at some point people should know that most of those free cash bonus offers are mostly from some sites that won't pay out anyway.

We read these stories over and over again and in the end it's always the same result .
For this kind of small money I would never send my documents to such a site, who knows where they will end up.
They won't pay you but now they have all your personal info they can sell or whatever, was it worth it?

It's sad to see but many of these smaller new casinos all seem to have some shady practice at the end.
Just stay away, fighting for this money is as good as always a lost cause and just a waste of time and energy.

  -   I think you have somehow experienced a withdrawal from this casino. The only thing that is not good is that their withdrawal process takes a long time and you have to go through a lot and you have send 10$ just for them to process your transaction with them.

It is difficult to play this kind of casino platform game. It seems like it's going to make it difficult to withdraw if you ever win a large amount.

I think these startup casinos have a very small Bankroll and they design these bonuses so that it is almost impossible for you to get "free" money, but when you actually hit the rollover requirement, they get agitated and they try "cheap" tricks to avoid paying out the money.

You stuck with your guns and you eventually got your money, but not just that.... you highlighted another dodgy operator that can actually frustrate customers in the future.

Thank you for sharing your experience.  Wink

Ok so you got an email for free money. Usually with free money comes a lot of restrictions which you mentioned in your wall of text. Casino's, especially new casinos, cannot give $100 to everyone for signing up and not have terms that need followed. They'd be bankrupt in week 1.

Bottom line, you got lucky to complete the terms of the deal. Then you had to jump through some hoops but got free money. Overall i'd say do a better job dealing with it. Otherwise deposit to a reputable casino and skip the hoop jumping.

Yes I confirm I did recieve it although it was a few dollars short and I don't remember seeing any fees listed but I'm not mad about it was like 96 dollars instead of $100 and to the other poster that's actually really common to have to do all that to withdraw a no deposit bonus I've withdrew several and had to do kyc verification and or a verification deposit almost ever time what's unusual tho is the fact I couldn't straight withdraw it back with  my deposit

I'm sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience OP.

Can you share the exact link you used to use your welcome bonus please?
I'm curious to read the terms of use.

I see from your update that you have received your withdrawal? Do you confirm that it is legit (even if you had to contact them etc.)?
