The pool admins on Dedicated are fantastic; one of them even took the time to check system logs for me when I was having an issue last night, and was able to figure out exactly what was wrong. Really professional staff and it shows in their level of support for miners. Very highly recommended.

Dedicated is fast, and the operator is always on hand to troubleshoot. It's the only community where everyone's telling the operator to go to bed, because he's up for 36 hour stretches to get the pool debugged or DDOS-proofed.
Also, he does instructional videos to help newbies learn how to mine that can be used on ANY pool. Who does that? Only BinaryClock at dedicatedpool!

A quick update on VERTCOIN. You should only mine vertcoin if you are an advanced miner. Newbies should stay away. This is because you need a special cgminer version and you need to be able to tweak that cgminer version properly to get maximum hash without errors.

I've been mining on Dedicated Pools for over 1 month now and I can say that this has been the best pool out there.
The Owner is very active in IRC and is there whenever you have any questions or issues.
Excellent Pool, I don't even mine coins that aren't on this pool because I don't want the hassle of dealing with anyone else.
