I wonder if what they are claiming on their website has a slightest hint of truth.

If any of the website ask a minimum of any amount of btc before you can withdraw is an obvious way to scam people or take away someone's money or btc without legit work. If I were you, I wouldn't trust any website that ask you to deposit 0.1 btc to withdraw your winnings. Even a site that doesn't ask to deposit btc may a scam also.

Good for him that he didn't send any penny to the website. But I think, there will always be a gullible victim in this kind of scamming strategy.

As the cryptocurrency network were more popular over these days, it is good to be on the safer side. To be into the secure and legitimate gambling room it is must to segregate the right from the wrong. It is possible through the proper understanding about the existence of lots and lots of gambling and exchanges onto the crypto network. Other than this it is good to find the right one through our forum.

Op please close this topic. Situation is clear, this site is a pure scam.
Now people are just spamming for signature campaign.

Sorry mate, but I don't know how to close the thread. + I don't see anything wrong if they want to spam on this thread for their signature campaign purpose as long as they are informative. They will help to bump the thread for newcomers to find out and they will be aware of this type of scam. I think I will probably let the moderator decide to close the thread.

The offer is good, even myself would try to sign up and try my luck and play hoping to increase that initial BTC0.2 gift.
But when ask to deposit an amount of BTC0.01  in order to withdraw the winning, then I think only fool would do that, and I'm sure I will not.
Let's just be wise all the time, we should know the risk, our main purpose is not make money, not to give money to scammers.

I signed up today on this "New" gambling site which offer a Free 0.2 btc when you use a promocode. You have to play the roulette atleast once to withdraw your earnings. And so I did, but when i tried to withdraw my balance it says that I need to make a minimum deposit of 0.01 btc to be able to withdraw my balance. Which I didn't do just to be safe.

I research about this website but unfortunately I can't find any information about it. Does anyone heard about this new gambling site? Is this legit?

I can't even believe you could fall for such too good to be true promo. Even though the price of bitcoin has crashed, 0.2btc is still not a cheap money which is equivalent to above $600 and you expect someone to give you that amount of money free of charge? I doubt if such thing exist. I am happy that you were able to figure it out when asked to make a deposit because some greedy individuals would have fallen for it expecting that when they make the deposit, they are now in a great position to make withdrawal. If that is not possible, they would come out and shout scam not knowing they actually called for it.

So many scam alerts from the name of the website, to the "free" money with only 1 roulette spin? Watch out in future. Free bonuses very rarely come without a deposit (called deposit bonus) and has a requirement to wager.

Sometimes, you get free bonuses just to try out the game in crypto casinos, but these are called faucets.

If you ever need to deposit to unlock, 100% scam.

It's call silent scam, this sound is scammy sound. During reading your post I had suspected that they will ask for diposite and eventually I am right. This is a greedy offer, people's will think 0.01BTC only small amount, May be I can withdraw all balance. But I don't believe they will give you withdrawal. Just imagine, if 10K people's pay them 0.01 BTC then what will be the total amount? That's why I called them silent scammer. Don't fall in this kind of trap. Save your hard work money.

Are you able to realize the value of 0.2 BTC with current market value ? Is it possible for any house to allow withdraw such a big money with the condition of playing roulette at least once ? The good part is you have not gone for depositing 0.01 BTC with them. A gambling house may offer even 1 BTC bonus also but only for depositing bonus and they might need you to be wagering up to x50.

I guess your subject line is misleading. You must edit by adding "your question part" into it. (Also it is good not to include their url anywhere as it might drive unnecessary hits to that scammy house.)

The promo itself looks suspicious already, I would not waste my time with that especially it's a new site.
Some of the legit offers give rewards but under certain conditions, and that one looks easy which anyone can win or even abuse it, but the
trick there is you are required to claim it, just stay away and forget your winning, you only loss your time if you will not make deposit.

sounds like ponzi site mate.  Don't ever jump easily on it because  mostly fresh site like that always end up scamming ppl, which they're always offering a huge amount to convince participants easily. Common strategy of some fresh site nowadays, be aware!

You are senior member already, means that you should have learned a lot of experience in this crypto world. You should know which one is legit and which one is suspicious. No need to research IMO, once there is something too good to be true then there must be something bad behind it. Leave it now, but if you are so curious and ready to lose 0.01 to deposit then it is your own right.

Yes. I'm a senior member but it does not mean that I know all the things.
hulla is right. I made this thread to know your opinion about the website. I don't have much knowledge about this field so I'm looking for answers from those who know it. And it may also helps other users who don't know about this.
AFAIK knowledge doesn't base on your ranking.
And good choice that you share some of your experience OP so that other users/gamblers will have a clue later if they ever meet this kind of approach to them.
A "too good to be true" scheme is probably a scam and we should be aware of that always.
There is no such thing that could give you a freebies but asking you to deposit first before you withdraw.
It just sounds like how the investment and referral scam operate.

The support have an answers to all the scam accusations about their website. He insist that you can withdraw your balance after 1 confirmation. And they also claimed that they have a partnetship with "cex.io".  Cheesy

You are lucky that you didn't deposit on that scam website and this is not a new incident. There was some websites before which claimed to be partnered cex.io. They offered faucet and on first roulette spin you would hit big and they will try to make us deposit to withdraw all money. Don't fall for these ponzi websites.

Recently, there was one website named "cryptogene" which had the same intention of cheating others.

the only partnership they have is that they will cex you after you deposit
how can people be so gullible is beyond me, greed makes them oblivious to the obvious
there is no business model that justifies giving out 700$ to random people on internet
never ever , the only reason is to make you throw caution to the wind and try to retrieve your "winnings"
also I am sure your bets will all be winning bets or close to that

SCAM, AVOID

Is there any verification of this statement being done from cex team. Seems like a fake claim to me.

There is already an open scam accusation here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cryptoxbnbcom-fake-giveaway-scam-5105848 . It's just a promotional setup to gain users and nothing else. No one would give 680$ per user as a giveaway (it's same like too good to be true). There will already be hidden conditions present like in this case which they haven't mentioned any in their medium page and players only discover this after play. So do you think it's something that a legit casino would do?

I would advise not to play in such sites.
