How much balance is allowed for this faucet?Is it safe to send huge amounts of traffic at a time? Also the counted counted does it have to be unique to each address or unique to the whole faucet?

To make it clear, I have nothing against miners... it's just the full power thing which makes it unusable on faucets because it takes all resources. If you could lower the threads or place a treshold it would be ideal!
