I am having the exact same problems with Halong software.

How do you install Innosilicon software on B52?

Just like you would install a regular firmware.

No, it was the Halong update that caused the problem. I haven't seen a new firmware update for the B52, but that could also be because I have the S11 firmware installed now. Halong hasn't been great at communicating when firmware updates are released.

I can confirm, not that it matters. The S11 Firmware from Innosilicon works on the DragonMint B52 and appears to provide a noticeable increase in the poolside hashrate. It also doesn't get stuck in auto-tune so you can crank up to performance mode if you want.

Wasn't the issue resolved in the Halong firmware?

Use the new S11 firmware from innosilicon. I get average 4.2 gh on siamining for 24 hours. It still runs hot and fans remain at 100% but the hashrate is so much better on pool.

Anyone has the original firmware? I updated it to the latest and my hashrate is down to 3T. I would like to flash it back to the original firmware. Let me know if you have it. Thanks.

I'm having the same issue.  My GUI says 4.25TH but Siamining is telling me 2.9-3.2TH.  Autotuning never stops.  I can't imagine it runs at the correct hashrate if it's always in tuning mode the whole time, maybe I'm wrong.

To clarify, I'm using the S11 from Innosilicon but I'm pretty sure that doesn't mean anything since it uses the Dragonmint firmware.

Bad software, and bad chip organization.     Maybe these fans will be better:  The Original Delta 12cm 120MM PWM FAN 252CMF 12V 3.9A TFC1212DE .    I will try   .   SAN ACE Model 9GV1212P1J091 12 VOLT 3 AMP have only  224 cmf

Okay this miner  would run a bit hot and fans were always maxed. shit no name fans

Model: KBE-FAN -12038M  12 VOLT 3.9A KBE

So I got some  SAN ACE Model 9GV1212P1J091 12 VOLT 3 AMP right off the bat power use dropped 25 watts and temps are now

---------------------------------------------------Temperature
1   1.42 TH/s   Alive   23712/0   1027---   61℃-74℃-85 ℃
2   1.42 TH/s   Alive   23655/0   868----   61℃-73℃-87 ℃
3   1.42 TH/s   Alive   24007/0   1157---   55℃-71℃-83 ℃

Phil

What were your temps before swapping the fans? Only thing I see is from your screenshot of the webpage, which shows 85/85/86 for the max temperatures.

Beside the power save, did the sanyo denki make any difference temp wise? I notice the miner shuts down if max temp touches 99 or 100.

Across several b52s, I'm already close at 96 on one and 94 on other two. Looking to sort out these fans before summer.

I upgraded firmware for B52 and temps go down. But my new problem is autotuning never stops.

Yeah they are about 50 for a pair  after shipping he raised price.

I got 4 for 91 and earned 7 in ebucks  so I got them at 4 for 84 or 21 each.

But the B52  earns 50 a day   so a dead fan  means I lose 50 a day.

I now have spares.

Also  I am cooler 3-4c
I am quieter  3 db
I use 50 less watts

that is 1200 watts a day  or about 14 cents a day  so in 300 days that is 42 bucks. which is what 1 pair cost.

Interesting.  So the B52 works on nicehash?  Maybe I heard wrong but I thought that I read that the Bitmain A3 didn't work on nicehash not that it really matters since there's only one coin to mine.

yep  here I am

https://www.nicehash.com/miner/146UJM5kgzLVUV23CXCf33KQKHckoX1gx3

https://www.nicehash.com/marketplace/sia

and the b52 appears to be innosiliicon s11

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.35009005
http://www.innosilicon.com/html/s11-miner/index.html
https://halongmining.com/shop/dragonmint-b52-blake2b-miner/

This is a case of how fast do you get it.

Since at 3500 cost  and 50 a day after power that is a 70 day roi

7 x 16 = 112 th that is 7x T1

116 th is 62usd a day  before power but 7 x 1500 = 10500 watts  which is 252 kwatts a day so at 4 cent power that is 10 bucks

so one of these right now earns better then 7x T1's since most of us don't have that power price.
