So complicated faucet,why I say complicated :
1. Complicated Registration (too many information to be filled) normally faucet is only need a btc address
2. Captcha is not working properly, try it more than 5 times but always "wrong captcha"
3. Need to earn 4000points to buy 1 number lottery, although there are some ways to earn points but it still hard
4. There are 250 lottery numbers and the the lottery will only end if all those 250numbers SOLD (wondering how many days need to sell those numbers)
5. There are only 4winners, for those who are not the winners means they only wasting time to get the points
After all I'd prefer to say that its not a faucet but a lottery game with free tickets but need hard work to get the tickets.
