I just made it and have no idea what to do with it/how to improve it.

Nice, but need a few things to be fixed to make it more estetic pretty to be and more pro.
First of all, you need some nice domain name. Any .com, net or org looks more like a real website. Subdomains are not so much used.
You can use it to test all you wanna test, but not as a regular.
2nd thing about free domain and hosting is that they can be slow sometimes and also your website can go down so you lose visitors.
Pay a hosting, but a domain and then start it.
I see there is an error in php with database, fix that too.
Also, the "Admin Panel" link? Why public? You're like asking hackers to get their job done? Simply remove it, it does not look nice.
About visitors: What would make them come? Make higher rewards, do not place too many ads, buy an nice domain that will be easy to remember, so people can remember it. High rewards are only good thing in this, as people come just for it - rite?
Also, nice look is good for eyes, everyone likes to see something nice, make some template or just use some already maden for it.
After you done all of those, make some posts on forums worldwide about your faucet site.
People will come once. If it is good, they will come again, it's simple.
