Only poor gamblers will care about the transaction fees so it's a must for a gambling site to add more cheaper alternatives in order to attract them.

You are mixing up an on-chain transaction fee vs an exchange withdrawal fee if I have got your point exactly. Exchanges usually charge a lot of fees for withdrawal when they can do it with a very small amount of fee. I'm not sure how much the current transaction fee is on BEP20 but it should be lower than the amount you said, if that's an on-chain transaction fee, then that's quite higher right now. Kucoin charges 0.0005 BTC for each withdrawal while they send BTC withdrawals in batches and can pay more than 10 or even higher with one user's transaction fee. All the exchanges do this though Binance has recently lowered it.

You should be aware that BEP20 or BSC networks only have 15 confirmations, not 30.
The current BEP20 network fee is not the cheapest, but Polygon is the cheapest, even though it has 300 confirmations, but when depositing at the casino, you don't have to wait for all confirmations, usually only 5 confirmations of your funds are already in the casino wallet.
For now I choose to use the Polygon network to deposit funds into gambling especially the USDT tokens whose fees are very low compared to other networks.
A suggestion for you to try to send some USDT using multiple networks so you understand everything and have some experience before commenting.
