It's so exciting to see more and more businesses accepting bitcoins as payment! LOL Bitcoins are literally spreading to every part of the business spectrum. The other day my nephew mowed my lawn and I paid him in BTC

It is indeed very easy to take bitcoin payment now.
You could simply use bitpay or coinbase to take bitcoin payments from your clients, and those sites will exchange the bitcoin to fiat money right away for you.

I've blocked large ranges of their network from the mailservers under my control because they (or their customers) are hosting e-mail spammers and don't seem too eager to drop them, so we're refusing connections from their IP ranges to keep the spam out of our inboxes.
For other kinds of services they're probably good though.
