There is more to crypto than having only patience, you need to be smart too, most times it's not always about waiting patiently, it's about looking for opportunities, Crypto is volatile as we known so price will rise and fall most times, learn to take advantage of price fall and price pump and you will have more quantities of your coins

Investing in ICOs is no longer profitable, if investing in ICOs at this time, I believe that all investors will lose money. And for trading, it requires traders to have a lot of experience to work on it. Like you said, it's too hard to make a profit in this market
why do you say it's hard. try trading now. even with a small capital, you can get profits. you must hold is your moment and your patience. but if you easily panic to see the market go down, then never mind you can not be a crypto trader.

It's the biggest reason driving new investors to lose money. Crypto investment is now very difficult. It's hard to get profit in ICO or trading. The progress of researching requires patience and careful. New investors should keep in mind that and following it.

They are not really impatient but they gave a wrong mindset toward investments in cryptocurrencies. They always thinking that it is an easy money where they can be a rich by just putting some of their money but they are wrong because making money through investments are not easy in reality. Having a good mindset, patience and knowledge are the fundamentals of investing. Those 3 are important and required especially if we will put our money in a specific investment. If we want to protect it then we should have knowledge and a long term view of success in order to grow it.

We have gone through the stage of making a quick profit from ICOs, so let's forget the idea of getting rich quickly in this market. At the present time, it is necessary to be really patient and choose the best altcoins to help investors get profits.

Everything seems changing, truly investors are now after making profits, immediately there is a chance to sell, they will all rush to sell and dump the token on exchange, I just hope all comes back to normal soon so that investors can start investing in peace with the mindset profit is sure with time.
New investors are now only interested in profits and they are very little interested in the development plan of the project so after buying they will quickly find ways to sell to ensure profit.

This method is still effective in investing, but if rushed through, they will certainly face a lot of risks because this market can not predict anything. So in my opinion, check carefully and never choose to buy when there is good news because it is a trap for you to lose money in this market.

One of the major thing to learn before going into investing in anything worth investing in, requires a lot of patience. It's an important virtue every investors must have. Cryptocurrencies are not like money that grows on the tree. It's takes proper monitoring and lot of risks attached. Crypto market is somehow these days, and the new investors need alot of patience if they want to make it big in cryptocurrencies.

I think things have actually changed in cryptocurrencies these days Is no longer the space that people use to know where is easy to make quick cash Now is more like you have to do your home work or you will lose your investment So gone are the days when this was easy now is just pure investment market and you just have to follow up sometimes

I agree with you, most crypto investors choose crypto with the illusion that they'll get rich quick, and they do not care about the projects, they just want it to rise so that they can collect...
In the old days people were more aware of the potential of blockchain to change our lifes and were more involved in the projects

It's easier said than done when it comes to being patient, especially when holding a volatile asset like crypto. This is the more reason why its important to educate newbies in crypto to avoid misconception of the whole crypto investment ideology. As humans by nature, we are emotional, hence it takes extra discipline to be patient when holding a coin on continuous downtrend. Risk what you can afford to lose is the watch phrase in crypto as always.

Truth is, I do not blame investors if these days because many are in for quick return which was caused from pump and dump scan teams. Many investors lost hope in IEO and ICO so the little they invest out if fears, the end up dumping once there's little profit. Scam projects really brought fears in crypto and made it unstable to hold.

It is a hard reality that most of the people in the crypto market care about money only, they do not want to support any project for longterm, they do not want to support this game changing tech, they do not care about the solutions a project is working on. They only care for quick profits, flipping and moving on to new projects but that does not always work.
Well, that is the reality in crypto world. They are more concers about their investment amd profits. Although the first thing why a lot of investors  enter in crypto and  invest,it's because of money they should also think the development of some projects because if the project fail they will lose their investment.

impatient for traders may hold 1 to 4 weeks, and for investors hold 1 year, I think if the investor is impatient then he already knows that the invested assets will indeed fail, but if investors still believe maybe prices can go back up, each person have a choice

I believe that the situation has not changed much lately, when investors dumped all their tokens after listing. I do not know what is accompanied by such actions, or lack of patience or greed, but today too few people worry about the long-term prospects of those projects in which they invested. and if investors buy coins using bonuses, then the majority seeks to immediately sell them, When there is at least some benefit.

The fact that investors tend to sell their tokens immediately after listing is explained by the fact that they buy them at a large discount, which sometimes reaches up to 90%. This way they get several hundred percent of the profit at once and go to another project. And this problem is created by the project team itself, which is ready to sell coins at a large discount.
Of course, this problem is created by the team itself and practically they themselves participate in the collapse of prices for their coin, since they also participate in the sale of all the coins that are available after listing in order to earn more money. They could take some measures to protect their coins from falling prices, but apparently this is unprofitable for them. so why wait for the interests of the project from investors, even if the team has other goals: only make money, and not get a real product from project.  Cry

Many crypto investors are simply afraid to stay with coins that are worth nothing (and we see such examples at every step, these are the consequences of the bull run in the second half of 2017. when almost every project was profitable). So now no one is taking much risk and getting a small income-merges coins immediately after the IEO
