Is there anywhere I can go to see what all this means?
this is what theymos gave us for April Fools mate,this means just a joke to make some happy things in our communitu,at first i was alarmed as new list came out my account and the first thing i thought is for the Merit system wasnt enough so theymos add something to make ranking requirements more harder for all .but later i felt the joke inside and start to laugh on it

I'm inclined to think it's just a joke. If this were not the case, there would be a topic with a detailed description of how this should work. And all done so that you do not understand how the system works and begin to doubt. Therefore, waiting for 2 APR and sad about failing to earn merit to increase rank
