seeing that some meme coin dumped about 90% in matter of few days is enough to classify it as a gambling instrument.

I don't think the meme coin hype will continue. Too many people lost money now on the whole drama around Dogecoin. It was also good to see how Vitalik reacted to the meme coins that were sent to him. Hopefully that puts an end to this meme coin nonsense.
