There is actually a lot of meme coins that could go off. I have read that it is all about the SOL space and I believe that it could rise. If you believe that SOL is going off, rising in price, then maybe you could hit a gem or something.
Yes, actually having been launched with the solana blockchain I think this memecoin has a lot of potential. I still have my reservations though because at the end of the day it’s still just a memecoin and there is a huge possibility that it might just be all hype. With this in mind, it is better to buy now before it gets too expensive

In my personal perception, I don't want to do dca on a meme coin that is more than 1 dollar per coin. I doubt that he will reach more than that value. Just before it was listed in Mexico, its obviously pumped immediately. Imagine that just 7 days ago, its price value was around 0.08993$ per coin https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/peng, and then after 1 week, it pumped like that.
That means there will be a big retracement that he will go back down to 0.1$ to 0.2$. If he ever drops to that price, maybe I can still buy it, but at that price as a meme coin, I won't buy it.

Solana ecosystem is a full off scam meme project right now though some of the projects have done something unimaginable which has attracted lots of investors to solana meme empire. Low transaction fees in solana ecosystem played a crucial role in this massive adoption but after the current ETH blob upgrade the fees in ETH layer 2 also dropped close to solana gas price. So investors will move to other ecosystem meme project as well because of their solana like gas price.
I have been watching meme coins for the past 3-4 years. They are quite fun when the meme hits. There have been big ones like baby doge, and Shiba Inu. Most of these projects have a big ride up and then crash hard. Lots of bots selling and dumping charts. I have taken a look at what muskydoge.net is doing and it looks promising. A lot of hard moon potential in it. New launches are too risky I've lost my ass before.

I'm working on MuskyDoge, although understandably people will laugh at me. But an overview of the project, 3 years old and still alive and active. Smaller community. I like meme coins, but I wouldn't invest much in them. To be honest, this is the first time I have heard of the PENG coin and I couldn't find complete data on cmc (https://coinmarketcap.com/id/currencies/peng/). But I read on the community page that this coin is already pumped 96% and now the price is around $0.8. That's quite expensive for a meme coin. But I read a lot of good responses to PENG coin (https://coinmarketcap.com/community/id/articles/65f2faa7767e7d0693648cc9/). Guess I'll try investing a few dollars in it. In my opinion, meme coin does not have a strong base to stand on. And many people think that holding meme coins in the long term is very risky. I don't know why meme coin is so popular right now and has a very significant increase. I think this is just hype used by people with deep wallets to lure and get profit from this phenomenon. Those that like to invest into the newer meme coins, you've got the potential to get scammed. I know that whoever gets in the game earlier, you'd definitely have the edge to make more because you're one of the early investors. But it's not all about that, if your risk is high for investing into those meme coins, are you sure that you're okay to just sit and watch around looking at that project? Because the tendency for you to get stuck with that coin and never get a profit is high.
