the "tryoutqueen" add now an extra 130 GH/s, not much but a bit more.
The donation is set to 1% (but you see the others).
#5 now...

If i win the miner, i hope the shipping to germany is includet... 8-)

Thanks for mining with us so far!
Yes shipping is included world wide Smiley

We understand that our low hashrate is stopping a few people from joining us, we are still relatively new and proving our stability so make sure to keep an eye on us and as more people join the faster the blocks will be!

Thank you to all current miners/registered users! The first 20 users all have 0% Pool Fees until we hit our first block.

Everyone afterwards has the normal 1% pool fee, everyone that mines before we hit our first block has a chance to win the Antminer S3+ we are giving away also!

I give it a try, but donation only of 1% upwards is leading in no donation normaly.
Maybe i can add a bit more Hashpower, was never #6 in any Pool, exept solo  Grin

Welcome aboard, we will be changing donations to increments of 0.1% shortly to give you guys more of a choice.

Seems your thread heading is a bit misleading saying the pool is at 100TH/s when the best its been at is 8TH? Kind of wondering where you got the picture of the S3 that you showed?

I was referring to "not submitting shares" which is what a "backup pool" does.

Sorry thought you were referring to the 50% shares part, no having us as a backup pool in cgminer will not trigger a ban as there are other conditions that have to be met also for the ban to be enforced. It was more of a generalization to the questions being asked earlier.

Testing, testing...... Cheesy Wink

Stratum also bans workers for 10 Minutes if invalid shares are over 50% as another precaution, also bans zombie miners (computers connecting to stratum to use up sockets but not sending any shares) for a period of time also.

Edit: We will also be bringing up our live support/chat service shortly.
Though I run my own pool and might be helping you with this comment, I will hope that you aren't misunderstanding how cgminer works with backup pools and making a mistake there.

No we understand how it works, but as we see it there are 2 main scenario's that would lead to having over 50% invalid shares

A) Intentionally flooding/deliberate attack - So the 10minute ban would be enforced and minimize our service disruption

B) Incorrect settings/bad connection - 10 minute ban, would invoke backup pool for miner (which benefits them as obviously something is going wrong and would not be profitable for them)

Yes that's correct, ICMP traffic is blocked on the stratum as one of our DDoS prevention methods.

The only traffic allowed on the stratum is mining traffic only.

Where is your server based?

Our US1 stratum is based on the East Coast of USA, we are looking at implementing an EU and potentially an Oceanic stratum also if popularity/demand increases.

In your site you have claimed to be flood resistant. Are you maintaining multiple data centers ? I dont know any other way to be flood resistant !!!

Looking at the registrar data, they are based in Panama, but the ping is not good:

So it looks like they are having issues still. At least they're out of the overbearing US jurisdiction...... Wink

Our webtraffic is routed through Cloudflare, so that is not actually our server IP address and the packet loss your are encountering is actually a Cloudflare issure with one of their servers. Shouldn't effect viewing the website though.
