The server seed is made by paradice. If the roll numbers in the server seed which changes every bet then hes manipulating every roll number. There is no algorithm there is no calculations done or even shown, hes simply making the roll numbers lol. If there were any kind of math the provably fair would need a client seed to combine the server seed with but theres not even a client seed shown or used.
