I think a new project will be successful if it has a good team and is active in marketing and has a good formality or impact in an environment that attracts a lot of people and above all must have a good project idea and have a clear future

A complete team should be the initial need. Different people focused on different roles that were given. A good marketing strategy is also a big factor as the competition is broad it should be an inviting one to make investors purchase the product.
Clear platform, clear road map, and you should abide by it not like other new projects which keeps on delaying it or adjusting to a new date just because they cannot really do what they said, you will definitely lose a lot of support if that happens.

Well, idk but I really wanna ask this question here, as we all are seeing lots of new alt crypto roaming around the crypto market. what are the factors needed for successful crypto projects, does anyone know?
The team behind the project is one of the most crucial factors in determining a very good project. Some projects were established by a very competent team that has a strong reputation from prior projects they have ran, so if you check the team behind the project and find out that they have huge expertise and a reputation, then the project will undoubtedly go far, as will the project.

New projects success came from the team coz they're the one that operating the project, so it means if they don't have good performance of course the project will not become successful.  Even let say they have big capital to run the campaign and massive support from other company but they don't have good performance also, for me it's still impossible to have a successful project because it will base on them.
Yes, basically the team does have a very big role in the success of a project,
so you could say the success or failure of a project depends on the performance of the team,
That's why it's important to have a good team

There are always new crypto projects starting up but 99% of crypto projects fail. The safer option is to invest in projects with VC backing that have dumped due to a market event, like the one we just had, ICP and Fantom namely.

if you ask it today, I believe it's a community. Even though the projects that are built are very simple, even imitating what is already there but if they get great support from the community it is not impossible that they can survive in the market with all conditions. Even if we look at dogecoin which is known to be abandoned by CEO it can still rise high with great support from their community.

I am not sure if you will think like me about the success of a project because it is only at the level of value for money that it must also bring benefits to people. And that's pretty much all I've been looking for in terms of any new project, ignoring trend hype or flashy pictures that people come up with. I'm always looking for what benefits the new project will bring to this market. Sometimes we only look at the immediate profit and not the sustainability it generates, which will also lead to newcomers being drawn into bad environments because instant profits make them think so. is success. I myself always find things very small. Only when those things bring positive values to people's lives do I feel very grateful and glad to have people who bring a healthy working environment.

First things First is they need to be honest and they should not be a scam because when they are scam, their project will fail instantly but for the scammers, they may have a different meaning of success and for them success means when they stole huge amounts of money while for the for us or for the legit project creators, their means of success is to stay relevant in the market for a very long time and also if they are already included in the top spots (i.e top 10 in cmc)  there are still many factors that they'll be needing to become successful.

Few more that I can add is they need to be original and unique. Project must also have interesting use cases. And the list goes on.

The main factors in the success of a cryptocurrency are a clear concept, attractive prices and great promotions, community influence and most importantly sufficient funds to facilitate project operations, many new cryptocurrencies are scattered out there, some get success, and some of it have to stop halfway, there is no clear concept and investors do not want to invest.

My first answer is > Good Team and a Good Leader
Second answer is > Good Team and a Good Leader
Third answer is >  Good Team and a Good Leader

What is a good project without a great CEO and his professional team members? This is why I keep saying that blockchain project isn't for everyone, just because you have a idea doesn't make you a qualified developer.

I recall back in the days when I had created Use Case for our project in the University and thank goodness that it went through. Use Case would give knowledge to investors on what they are about to interact in the project. It is like sort of DFD/ERD kind of stuff, but more understandable without any technical knowledge in the project. It is a client-oriented diagram if that is what I can call it.

I would be wary about "Community" though. I work in freelancing sites, and there are clients there needing someone to just boost their community and they do not even need to invest any single penny. Who knows if that community is indeed solid or just faked out participants.

New project success depends largely on the team composition and the leader. A team that is focused and with positive mind-set can achieve a lot. Though finance could be an issue but with good plan and hard work, the project can be a success and budget friendly. Important success factors that IMO can help to make a successful project are: (1) A project with future prospects for the public - utility and innovative; (2) A project aimed at benefiting the people - financially & otherwise; (3) Good team composition - experienced and focused team members ready to be selfless and sacrifice their time and energy even at difficult times; (4) Resilient team members - team members that can come back even after making mistakes.

I think to build the foundation of a new project is very difficult, it all takes time and a long process to be successful, but if a project has a consistent development team, where they can attract the attention of investors and crypto users by  the usefulness and functionality of the project so the project is very tempting right, in my opinion if these factors can be met, most likely the project will be successful,

There are many think for programing a new successful project even for that they should need strong team with faster continue development. No cheating or fake information with don’t spend fake promise. They should continue partnership others older project which is help him for token sales and increase fund. Everything need more active like social media sector and some of big exchange.

In my opinion for build a successful project, there are a few basic things that need to be done first.
For example,
  • The first step is to take the initiative or to take the risk mentality.
  • Then the second step is to make the right plan or roadmap.
  • And there must be a strong team to implement these

I think that any project has the same chance to be a successful project but the thing that makes it different is a project has a product that can be massively popular among the crypto users. When a project can create a successful product and the marketing will be done to promote the product and then when this marketing will be successful. The project will have so many users.
These users will be spreading the product to their close people. this will make the project become popular and started to get more income from their product.

Team consistency is the key to project success. Several projects in the past we often found scams, even some that have been registered in the market but are not active for trading. I see the success of the project they have a solid team and commitment to the success of the Project. Some of the stupid reasons given for project failures don't make sense to me, even when those failures are made by them many investors don't get back the money they have invested properly. For now I see a lot of promising projects, and the success is very good for now.

A team that has a burning desire to get success. An active dev, Concept of the project with goals, Active social media Acs, Good Marketing strategy with clear-cut plans to implement the whitepaper in a given time frame. The team should not be anonymous, Still, we can not exactly predict the success of any project and this is the fact of the crypto market.
What you say is the basis for all new projects in terms of success because without the things you say, I think every new project will also have a hard time getting to success so in this case I agree with what you say, because it is clear that this is the basic thing that must be completed by the project team.

Well, idk but I really wanna ask this question here, as we all are seeing lots of new alt crypto roaming around the crypto market. what are the factors needed for successful crypto projects, does anyone know?
There are many factors in order for a project to be successful but these are the 2 of the top factors that I'm using whenever I want to invest into a certain project.

1. Use case - What will be the use case of the coin? What will be the benefits of the holders of the coin? Where will be the coin be used? Will it help the people in some ways? Use case for me is very important because if you will see some of the top coins right now have a use case like BNB for example where you can use their token to reduce the fees and some staking coins where you can earn rewards just by holding the coin though it isn't the only use case of these staking coins.

2. Community - These for me is the top priority when it comes to the success of the project. If people see the project as a good one, many people will join and invest into it and vice-versa. Though having a huge community isn't an automatic success, most of the time a project becomes successful whenever it has many supporters or in this case investors unto the project.
