You're right in that way dude, I'm with your side. As a bounty hunter or investors we should be careful anyway before we join in one project so that we may not become a victim by the ico scam in the end. And also we should know the basic step in finding a good ICO project in this business as well too.

alas, we can't avoid scams. i agree, so many enters the market and how we are supposed to understand who is a good and who is bad...some skills are necessary in such conditions
