Guys I found Theymos post explaining this new system you can check here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/april-fools-new-new-rank-requirements-3232693 I think it is better this way I guess. It seems legit as far as I can understand it. It's quite confusing but you'll get it afterwards.

I feel the same, now we shoupd have to cope with the quota that they have set,I think this will challenge the miners more even the beginner who aim to join their accounts to different bounty campaigns,and the admins force us to have a better posts which is I think kinda important so we can have merit.

This is going to improve posting on this forum, according to the new AF Ranging system. I also see that one of the female moderators, April Fanney has given fMerit to a lot of her fans as a gesture of good will to help the newbies to rang up with this new system.
This new system is sending a strong message out to the spammers and shills, not to join the forum to pollute this place with their crap. I hope this new system will help a lot of constructive posters to Rang up much quicker.

I will try to understand this matter today. As I understand all that this means. I will write here. All these tensions are boring, not only that the BTC has been falling for several months, as well as incomprehensible innovations 
it seems my fears are not in vain. But who knows what exactly these rangs mean?

Well, those who are bounty hunters like me is really affected because the higher the rank, the more stake you gain. Since there are new rules here in the forum, everything is becoming difficult to rank up. Right now, all we have to do is to support the rule and lets just hope for the best.
I just discovered that there are a lot of clauses. It's upgrading and it's very difficult now. I don't know if it's going to increase the rules. I'm also very worried about it.
