They're just a meme. None of it is factually calculated, but rather randomly generated based on your rank, i don't think they'll contribute to anything.

It isn't. I'm 99.99% sure it's an april fool's prank, and that it will probably be removed pretty soon again.

This point really don't effect to old rank up system. You still need enough Merit + Activity to level up. May be it'was a joke by admin on April Fools' Day Grin

i think the new rules for growing up your ranking is a just jokes from moderator, remember today is 1 April so is it just an april joke haha
