Basically they are rich now because they invested and they are not easily sell for a small hype of bitcoin as you can in the graph or chart of the bitcoin, The bitcoin price is growing since it was created so if you sell in small hype you will just lose the opportunity so I think they have the patience to wait that's why they are rich now.
Thats right dude, i'm sure people are getting rich this time. They are investors who have high patience. I'm sure they've been holding their bitcoin for a long time and selling it at a high price (this year) yeah patience provides nice benefits.

I have been making an analysis about how people is getting real rich thanks to the increse of BTC and it is amazing to think that people are getting real rich, lets hope and this will continue so the people that holds very little BTC also gets rich.
This is the analisis I made:
On February 1st 2015 you will need 4,219 BTC to have 1 million USD, now that is worth: 10,125,600 usd
On Febraury 1st 2016 you will need 2,681 BTC to have 1 million USD, now that is worth: 6,434,400 usd
On February 1st 2017 you will need 992 BTC to have 1 million USD, now that is worth: 2,380,800 usd
Today you need 404 BTC to have 1 million USD ( the person who has now 404 BTC it is millionaire, and in Feb 2015 just had with the same 404 BTC 95,757 USD

I don't agree that bitcoin made anyone rich, if at all, just a select few. This is the analisis I made:

But it made the richer more rich for sure. People who accept bitcoins not necessarily stores them but uses them for their needs. The only ones who can afford to store are the ones who have more than what is needed.
This why i trust bitcoin so much, i believe i will become millionaire someday with a help of bitcoin. i do save and invest bitcoin for my future goals. i know a lot who makes million thru bitcoin and that is really inspiring. everyday i will work hard on this and believe on bitcoin. one day i will become a millionaire.

So Bitcoin will make you rich only if you'll be happy with the things you can get using it.
It doesn't matter what's the BTC/USD rate, as long as you can live your life with the amount you have.

Your post did not make sense really. Why would the node depend on rich people? The blockchain and its nodes are operated not by rich people but a lot of people willing to spend for hosting nodes on their PC for free.
Also, about the "thanks," this topic is about discussing people that got rich from bitcoins and it's prices going up. Not really what you are discussing here.

I guess bitcoin really help us to be out of our depth and help us to be rich since it gives a lot of chance to earn profit on it. We should be thankful of this that some introduces it to us especially those who are jobless and make money out of this form.

Most of you are talking about being rich simply by owning bitcoin since a long time, but is it really a good thing ? Bitcoin was originally made as an easy, simple and quick way to transfer wealth. The price increase is only a by-product and could even be hurtful to a long-term adoption (people do not want to buy bitcoins thinking that it is a scam (like a ponzi) or are afraid of the variability).

Yeah there is a lot of people thankful to Bitcoin because a lot of people getting a good income from Bitcoin and also jobless people also get a good income from Bitcoin and they do not feel jobless with Bitcoin and if someone invest there a huge amount of money in Bitcoin they will easily get a big income and they become rich person in short time from Bitcoin.
Even im not one of the new rich people because of bitcoin, but i am proud to say bitcoin change a big part in my life specially in my financial problems,bitcoin is always there to help me.

Just recently I've stumbled upon an address that has about 3200BTC on it and that's about $8.4mil with the current price and who knows how many people have big amounts of bitcoin on their wallets from when bitcoin was just a few cents worth. Still crying over the fact that I didn't buy any bitcoin at that time.
There are many people back then who bought bitcoin but just lost its access towards the addresses, that address which contains 3200BTC as you mentioned above probably one of many "rich" addresses that are floating around without owners.By the way, there's no point to cry over something which have happened in the past, the fact that back then you don't know bitcoin is not your fault at all, better to keep heading the future and achieve something good.

I don't think being rich with Bitcoin depends on our personal values like hardship or determination. Because the most reasonable way to get rich with Bitcoin now adding more capital, with the prices that Bitcoin had recently its not optimistic to think that it will increase into more than 20,000$ each. So the idea is now through trading in which you take advantage of the volatility and match your buy and sell with it.
That can only make one rich if they have a huge capital but if they will start from scratch, they will really need to focus themselves into collecting bitcoin, offering their services, and trading it day to day making it increase. If someone can continue this within 3-4 years or more without ever converting any bitcoin at all into fiat until they have more than 100+BTC, they might be rich by the year 2020-2021. Jump to:
