Are you fucking joking, you don't know the definition of scam. If they are making selective payments then it is a scam. If you got paid in past that does not mean if they are not paying now so it is not a scam.

To the one next in line to be paid (0.3125BTC) I would recommend the following:

- before your deposit expires and is lost (in about 30 hours from the time of this writing) trigger your payout by sending the amount that's needed for next payout which is currently 0.16209785BTC, but could be less in the next hours depending on new payouts. It's better to get back 0.3125BTC by depositing the trigger amount than nothing at all. It might even get the game going again this way as well.
