I have ad slots hosted by adbit.co and bee-ads.com if you click under the individual ad you will be brought to the area of the site where you can bid on ad placement. If you are just looking for referrals, I'd recommend something like coinurl.com or visitbit.com to send referral traffic. Maybe there are better sites.. those just come to mind. After you enter your address and play a card, you should hit refer and see the correct links/information. A lot of confusion is being generated by the refer button showing before the site has identified the user so I think I'm just going to pull it off the main page.
