Oh, one more thing. Most people seems to hate reCaptcha (I know I do) and like solveMedia. So, using a certain captcha can make a huge difference on how the short link is perceived.

No problem. I actually owned a shortlink site for my private use so I know pretty well how shortlink work. I am new into this Shortlink business so i am stepping one by one. Pardon me for this. What I could suggest to you is to test with different alternative on how you integrate the popup/popunder/banner ads on your shortlink.
Based on my experience, popup/popunder ads will affect the user experience on viewing/clicking the banner ads (not sure why but maybe user will not even bother to view/click the banner ads when they already need to deal with so many popups/popunders).
You don't need popup/popunder when a click on adsense is already worth CPM of popup/popunder.
As for banner ads, you may want your site to be fully integrated with adsense banner since a click on adsense can be worth 10 times of other ad networks (e.g. bitcoadz/a-ads).
Of course you will need to bear with the risk of having your adsense account banned due to violation of their terms of use.
This is just my opinion but you can try 2-3 days with different settings to see how it affect your earnings.
This way you can choose the best settings to maximize your earnings.

Hey, we're all friends here and we help each other out.
As long as everything get's straightened out, it'll be all good. We all started somewhere, no one is a pro from day 1. Sometimes the learning curve is steep but it's doable as long as you hang in there.

Sorry not to be sarcastic but I have used over 100 of shortlink services as publisher, normally the first thing that I do after registered an account is to test the number of view per IP.
Your site don't count view now.
It wont count self IP views! I know that. Many url services dont accept self views.
If someone else uses your links, Each link will get paid and marked as counted.
As I said I've used over 100 shortlink services and there is no problem to count my own view (of course for testing purpose) as valid view.
If you have never modified your script to invalidate self click (e.g. not counting view for Login IP / Register IP), then my own view (again for testing purpose) should be added to my earnings.

Oh, I wasn’t thinking about self views. I just check operation and then compare the number of completed short links with the number of views counted.

Ive set paid views to 16, just in case. Upto 10 views from same ip will definitely get counted. Thats my personal promise. My goal is not to just make money out of this, I want it to be the best Paid Link Shortner ever.
So dont worry for the payments, everyone will get paid on time. + We are working on some great additional features that no shortlink service is providing right now. I've researched myself.
