I think add warning above thread in digital goods with big/bold font should work well even though it's annoying.

This is also a possibility, though may be overkill (and I'm sure many would complain about it as they do with the newbie red-font PM warning).

if admin ban posting url of such website then it would help as scammers won't able to post autobuy links like posting links of some websites are already banned so adding autobuy sites to that list would help.

This has also been suggested but likely only preventing Newbies to post them (which would stop those url spambots as well). Persistent scammers would just farm accounts to get around this though and some seem to already have an arsenal of farmed accounts that instantly reactivate once their previous account gets banned.

A sticky wont do much as most people don't read them. I think a much better option would be a redirect notice/landing page that alerts you you're being taken off site and gives a warning to make sure you double check the url and about the dangers of using any autobuy sites. This would also be handy for preventing phishing links that people send which can catch people off guard.

I have the idea that alot of users think that autobuy sites such as satoshibox have a built-in escrow or something, and that they can't be scammed.

I see an extreme amount of mostly newb users posting these links for autobuy, and i guess they have success with their sales, otherwise they wouldn't put so much effort in right?

Just some examples from the past days/first page;

Might be an idea to warn users for this? include it in the escrow sticky maybe?
