let's just wait and see ..
It's 1st April = April fools. So I dubt this is for real, given the fact that it is already hard to rank up and that by putting more options to unable us to rank even at this speed is not something they are looking for. Or at least this is my understanding of the situation.
Today BTT administrators added brand new stuff.
In words, that are new requirements for ranking up. They said adding merits was a good desicion but it is needed to update it.
