you can find it enough in one thread in announecements, you can start reading each project with the goal, if their project is self-funded it means they don't need to hold an ICO and IEO, so I think they want to develop together with everyone even if it's from their funds , but projects like this are rarely supported, but my advice is to get used to projects with up to 1 or 3 years if they are still alive and active, it is a good project, so there is no need to make another new thread about self-funded projects

I think this is fine creating a thread dedicated to self-funded projects. but do not expect all of them are real because I once participated in the self-funded project and the team decided to dump all of their coins after the community helped them listing it on the exchange, there is a possibility for them to scam you.

Be careful when looking for self funded projects, they have their aims as well and its no different from still exiting with users fund in the end, self funded means nothing but most times self funded projects are well taken care of because the money is from the dev pocket
Actually the project funded by the team itself is good, only they will be difficult to succeed because there are no supporters or supporting partners for the continuity of the project, so the potential to stop in the middle of the road is very open, and if successful also very extraordinary.

Self funded projects are not many in crypto space but they are always good, the only one i know more about is Apollo currency, privacy coin at its best, the reason why i venture into this project is because of the CEO, already a rich guy though but damn the project is so good, i was able to feel the zeal of wanting the project to succeed, the hardworking and everything is present unlike others who rely only on ico funds

And also people are more trust and interest with self-funded project because the project team is really sure their project will have some profits for them and the quality of the project must be guaranteed, and they willing to spend their capital to build the project which really promising for investors

After ICO or other crowdfunding no one believed. The OP said that supporting projects that will stand alone or do not require fundraising is precisely a good election, and that also has a point. but the project is not entirely successful or running as desired, investors support it but sometimes too much manipulation. I think that assumption depends on someone looking at a project, and one project that certainly has potential is new ideas and innovations, problem solving, and how important the project is present. fully if the project has good prospects, surely someone will support it, and for sure the problem of funds will be easily achieved.

That a project is self funded, is not a guarantee that it isn't a money grab project, because as soon as they are listed on exchange, they can dump their coins and then take to their heels. We have had quite a number of them, that are now dead coins.
Going by what @Byakuga said, if  you are not convinced about such project, it is better you don't invest in it, after listing on exchange.

if the project finances itself, this does not mean that it will be successful and allocating it as a recommendation for investment will not be right. I think that each person at this market is able to find such projects by himself if he is interested in it, so I would not create a separate topic for this. I am interested in what other forum members think about this. maybe such a thread would be relevant specifically for beginners

Hello

So nowadays less and less people trust ICO projects due to their past of scams and false promises. I would like to support projects that are self-funded and work day and night in order to make their project succeed.

I would suggest that we open a topic for self-funded projects where investors and members that would be interested can invest or at least check the project.

Self-funded projects do not have unlimited funds for marketing and promoting themselves like ICO's. Why not help them with project awareness?

After all, we all want to avoid scammers and unprofitable investments. I'm not sure if this is within forum rules tho.. (advertising projects)

Please tell me what you think, or if mods allow you can share self-funded project in the comments.

Thanks for your opinion in advance.
