I've been lurking on here for awhile now and would like to offer an IPTV service, Ive seen other people post IPTV services in the past and want to make sure thats ok. I hope this is the correct place to post this, but If a moderator from the Services topic could let me know that would be amazing  Smiley
There are many who provide this type of service on the forum, and as long as the source of these subscriptions is legitimate and not in the form of a trial version, there are no problems in managing this service here on the forum with a slight difference in choosing the section ; because if you want to accept payments in full or partially in bitcoin, the "Services" section is the right place. If you intend to accept payments in alternative currencies (altcoins), the Altcin section is appropriate. And in all cases, you can publish two topics in the two sections mentioned.

Op has already started givig services in Digtial goods section 📺#1 IPTV SERVICE🎬 AIO STREAMING ⭐LIVE TV ⭐PPV🔥MOVIES🔥SHOW🔥SPORTS🔥ETC.

That thread is almost 20 days old and I do not see anyone taking much interest in this service, probably because there are a few other IPTV services already running on this forum that offer almost similar rates. Since OP is new here, he needs to give big discounts and cheap rates in order to compete for the IPTV service offerings.

You're 100% right, I've only had one customer from BTC talk. I'm in no rush to sell or shill my IPTV service, because I stand by the service and quality of what I offer. I'm already offering free trials to anyone interested, so they can check out the service before making the commitment, but again I'm in no rush to gain customers... I'm here for the long run and will continue service even when a lot of IPTV services are going down. I appreciate your feed back though, thank you!

I did not check his posts since the account is newbie and his question seemed legitimate to me as someone asking about the correct way to do something that he knows nothing about. There is already a feedback post from a member (customer) thanking him for the service in his topic in the "Digital Goods" board. Frankly speaking, I find it strange that he publishes this subject here, pretending that he does not know anything and is asking for advice ; This makes me doubt him honestly.
This field of services is very sensitive and it is difficult to maintain in addition to the competition as similar sellers are spread all over the social media and offer their services in differential formulas.

I'm confused as to why there is doubt. I submitted this thread on May 7th and then posted my service on May 10th, this came after finding other services and feedback already provided. So I'm not sure why you "doubt" or find it "strange". What is strange about asking for information and opinions, then following up with what I initially asked about? I asked about the prospect of a service and once i got feedback I opened it. If you can elaborate your concerns I can definitely try to answer and clarify any concerns. My clientele from BTCtalk is very little, the only person that's reached out form here was my first and only customer so far - if you concern is the legitimacy of the service or feedback let me know.

I am kinda interested in the IPTV service, but may I ask does it work in all countries or are there countries dedicated to the service? Also, what services or packages do you offer?

How much does this service cost, and is the subscription monthly or annual? Also, does the service work well with poor or medium speed internet?
It's nice to get a free trial.

Hey thank you for your interest! I have customers from across the world and none of them have any issues streaming the content. I would recommend medium to good internet speed, just so that you don't run into any buffering due to internet speeds. I have a post on the forum already, but the prices are as followed:
- 1 month: $10
- 3 months: $25
- 6 months: $45

If you're interested in a trial, please feel free to reach out!

If the service you are offering is legal then there is nothing to worry about.
If you post your offer on the wrong board then the worst that can happen is moving it to the right board.
If you are willing to accept btc, then you should post your offer on the service's board.
If you are willing to accept other currencies then you should post your offer on the altcoins board.

It's great that you've been observing the community and want to contribute by offering an IPTV service. Before doing so, it's essential to ensure that you're following the rules and guidelines of the platform. To avoid any potential issues, I would recommend reaching out to a moderator directly, especially one from the Services topic, as they would be able to provide you with the most accurate information. You can usually find a list of moderators or contact information in the community's sidebar or About section.

Lastly, make sure that the IPTV service you're offering is legal and doesn't infringe on any copyrights or content distribution rights. This will help you avoid any potential legal issues and maintain a positive reputation within the community.

Hey Rika! I cant seem to direct message you on the forum because i'm a newbie Embarrassed but if you're interested in a free 24 hr trial, please direct message me!
I've enabled that option now.

Btw, I am currently on the business trip that will last until end of this month so I don't really have the time to test your service, but after I am back home I will give it a go.

Yeah, most of the services I've seen in regards to IPTV seem to not have the "proper licensing and permissions". Which is why I asked to just make sure. I most definitely will offer 24HR free trials to anyone whos interested, maybe those who are Hero and Legendary have priority (as someone suggested). Thank you for the insight everyone Smiley
You're completely right. If all IPTV offered here would have licenses and permissions, they wouldn't cost something like $10. And legal IPTV can't offer 10-15k channels from all world. For example, you can't legally watch Sky Sports channels outside UK.
So, yeah, it's completely OK to post IPTV services here. Though, if your service will become popular, you may get attention from agencies which defend copyrights.
BTW, it's your own service, or you simply reselling IPTV received from somewhere?

Hi thank you for your input! I will be 100% transparent and honest, I am reselling from a larger provider/server. If you'd like to try out the service for 24 hours free of charge and no strings attached please direct message me!

Well based on our forum rules it depends in your or buyers country.
I'm pointing to this rule 17
Yeah I know about the rule but seems like it hasn't been applied to IPTV services (and I sure hope it won't be in the future) because I can't imagine any country where this is actually legal.

And most IPTV sellers out there they get those sources for free but they sell them without permission and it will result in DMCA complaints due to copyright violations.
I might be wrong here, but I always thought that majorify of IPTV sellers are just resellers actually and someone much bigger is behind all of it.

Block halving is coming.
Are you  sure about the bolded part, about not being allowed to sell illegal IPTV here? I am asking because there are several IPTV sellers on the forum that are selling very cheap packages (15k + channels for ~$6 per month, meaning illegal IPTV) for years now without any issues whatsoever.

17. Trading of goods that are illegal in the seller's or buyer's country is forbidden. [2]

And most IPTV sellers out there they get those sources for free but they sell them without permission and it will result in DMCA complaints due to copyright violations. Since these sellers do not have proper license and permission while providing this service it's illegal and punishable by law.

It is just likely the same as plagiarism content that you don't own and you post it here without permission or credit to the owner it will result in ban evasion.

Ok, good to hear that.

I asked about trial because I used several IPTV services in the past and while it works good on days without heavy traffic, I often had issues during weekend and peak hours when wanting to watch some big game so I am not willing to take any IPTV without testing it first. And not because I can't afford ~$10 (or whatever price it is) for one month but because of the principle.

Yeah I definitely understand! Once I get my post up please feel free to reach out for a trial on the weekends. I do my best to provide stable services even under peak usage Smiley

And another important thing in the IPTV business is if you already get the necessary licenses and permissions to avoid any copyright infringement claims. I hope you have that thing in your service because if not then you are selling illegal IPTV service which is not allowed here.

@t3nz0 I sure hope that you plan to offer free trial because majorify of IPTV services advertsied here don't offer that.

Make sure it's not illegal because there are lots of guides out there for free to set up Kodi or other apps with IPTV features.
If your service is copy pasted from other forums or owned by other people who strictly not selling it but giving it for free then that's illegal you shouldn't sell it if it's not from your server or owns the program.

As far as the fees are good, the stable service of good quality that gives you access to many channels at good speeds (even for slow internet) is what will determine your success or not.
Unfortunately, a lot of digital products here are offered by scammers, so be friendly and try to gain people's trust by offering free offers and sending first to old members who wear predictions because those paid signatures enable them to earn good amounts every week and they will not defraud you because they will lose a lot.

As long it is not illegally obtained or simply say a hacked account that needs KYC verification, i guess that is fine.

You are only allowed to sell accounts/invites that you legally obtained yourself or through legitimate trades. If you did anything illegal in order to obtain an item, then you can't trade it on bitcointalk.org. Anyone found breaking this rule will be banned.

...

Accounts on sites that require KYC such as bank accounts, PayPal, etc. are assumed to be hacked unless you explain why they're not hacked.
