That isn't normal. That's an obvious scam. Do not send any amount to them. You're just giving more money to scammers. They won't give you your money back. The more you give, with the hope that you can get your money, the more they will ask from you. You'd be drained of your last centavo but you won't be able to withdraw anything. You have to stop it.

I wonder how you ended up on a platform with so dirty a track record. Do some research next time, my friend. A little due diligence won't hurt. It's for your safety.

You story seem like you're screwed already Op,  think about it,   how you would have fund in the so called platform and you're asked to deposit money in other to withdraw your funds,  that's pure scam, the best thing you can do yourself right  now is to forget about that money move on, else you would even get scammed the more. It a thrick to get you pay more.

In you want to buy cryptos in future, you can use any  of these reputable exchange like Binance and Bybit,  or any decentralized platform out there

The post seems fishy to me and instead of asking I think this is simple way to promote that platform.

But hopefully he's not doing negative things come out on our minds and legitimately asking legit question since he's got confused on the platform also the information's he read. So if OP is legitimately new he better follow your and other people recommendation for his own safety. Since the platform he point out here seems so shady to me.

Anyways simple reminder to ask for feedback first on the platform they want to use to avoid getting any issues with it.

Are you really dealing with a broker or with a fraud stars system, how can the amount you are to pay in fees very higher than the amount you have in your balance, I think the best form of system is the one that calculates the fees based on the available balance and should be significantly lower than 3-7% of the total available fund's..

In this, your own case it is different as this attempt seems to frustrate you into abandoning your money in the broker's sites when you are not able to withdraw the balance because it is lower than the demanding fees or even the minimal trench hold.

That is exactly what I am about to say. It seems that op is already screwed and the a win not easily the associated with them because he is seeing huge amount of money in the exchange. But then he needs to pay heavily to withdraw it. When not Op tell them to deduce the fees from the amount that he has in his portfolio and send him the rest. It's an old way of scamming but I'm surprised people still fall for it.
Op, I will advise you should be very careful because it seems you are somehow vulnerable here.

There is nothing as scamming like you paying money in other for you to have access to your money, this could also mean that you're not being given your money back since you are paying for it and wishes to receive everything together, but instead, they wouldn't engage in doing such, they will rather manage to covert back your money and give it to you, which at the end of it all makes no any difference because your money was returned back to you.

This is a trading discussion so I would suggest you move it to the trading discussion board there are people there who are very much interested in trading issues like this and you might get some information there
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=8.0

I don't know about the site not do I know about your broker and I won't even bothered to research on them because this already a clear scam, how do you pay funds to get your funds out, why don't they just take what ever funds as the transaction fee. You had better count your losses and move on rather than losing more.
Caption of the post my seem like a trading discussion post but if you read the content, you will see that it has everything that qualifies it to be in the beginner and help board. The author is definitely new to this forum and probably to trading so he need proper guidance in choosing exchanges, wallets, investing, deposit/withdrawals and everything that has to do with cryptocurrency.  If the OP is aware of the exchange he will use, I'm sure he will not have this issue and it is possible he might be resident in a country with some form of restrictions on cryptocurrency hence the reason he went for unpopular exchange and ran into problem.

Sorry op but you've been scammed.

Paying a hefty fee in order to unlock withdrawals for whatever reason is a scammer move. Be careful of strangers parading they are pro traders and can teach you. These scammers will just point you to a website they own -- noticed how obscure the website is?

Lastly, you might get PMs about a recovery service. I must tell you that it's another scam. The same scammers could also contact you with this scam service, be vigilant.

It's an old scam method of luring you into bringing more money after they have scammed you of the initial amount that you deposited to them. They know that whenever, you are wise and ask for the money, they will tell you to pay some amount for withdrawal so that it will look as if they are not the ones asking for it and when you pay, they will ask you for another funds and so on, till you will get tired and frustrated. Therefore, I will advise you to let go of the funds that you have sent to them already and move on with your life. Don't think of trading when you don't have the knowledge to avoid being scammed or run at loss.

To get hold of my crypto i must pay up a deasent amount of monney in to my wallet for som insurese for legal transfere. And it is fare more than i can handel. Now he sey it can´t be reversed and my crypto is locked up at guarda untill it payed for.
Is this normal procedure?

That is not a normal procedure, you should be able to easily withdraw your money without any problems. It could be that when you deposit the money the broker wants, you are asked to make a deposit with a larger amount of money, which is an old scam method. Besides, you don't need such things anymore, there are many trusted CEXs that you can use for your trading activities, you can see them all on Coinmarketcap.

Judging from Op explanation and some replies under the post, I can confidently say that Op has been scammed already.

Authorities have disclaimed having licensed the platform and their claimed office could not be verified as well. If they can not be honest about their operational legitimacy and identification, they can simply not be trusted with one's assets.

If there's any reason to restrict a user from withdrawing, it should be about user verification or unmatched details. Asking a user to make more deposit in order to be able to withdraw their funds is very shady and obvious scam. Consult others who have been trading for a long time next time to know which platform they use and do your personal research too.

Thank you every one. For pointing me to right forum. And links and info. I have som thing to learn here now.
On trust pilot there was som feedbacks that clame they got back there investment. But i tryed to serach for this sites that was mention. But got no hit on it.
Is there some place to trye by any chance?

Im really sorry to say this, but it sounds like you got scammed.  According to the BrokersView portal, this InvestiRay broker is most likely a scam and there are multiple warnings from different regulatory agencies: https://www.brokersview.com/brokers/investiray (You really need to do a little more research before investing your money.)

These shady brokers are way too common - they make big promises about returns to try and get people to hand over their money.  Once they have it, you are stuck. They hold your funds hostage and demand more. Its a tale as old as time when it comes to scams.  And even though I wish I could give you good news the reality is getting your money back is most likely impossible.  You could perhaps report the scam to your local authorities, but I doubt they can do much about it because who knows where the scammers are operating from. Your best bet now is to move forward more carefully and learn from this experience.

Also, be wary of anyone who promises you they can get your money back. Its probably just another scam tactic.

He recommended me to take out all of it for then invest it again for a higer account grade. But here is wath i have a problem with.

My wish was to take out only a smal amout. And may be have handeld it bether.
Sorry for bad English. But hope it´s readble.

Are you sure that he is not deceiving you and you're not being scammed, because he is not giving you all the required and necessary information to take along in getting your fund recovered form the broker used, maybe he himself is acting in a funny way, because we cant trust just an ordinary random person like that, all other forex traders i know have never experienced such kind of mistake, if truly you are new to trading and they understand this, then they may try to use that as a weak point over you in other to keep scamming while lying for you on different things about trades because you don't know much in them.

A Spanish regulatory body National Securities Market Commission  (CNMV) gave a warning that InvestiRay is not a registered crypto platform. Its claim that its office is located in the UK and Singapore cannot be verified by any of the regulatory bodies in these nations. Belgium has also raised the alarm that this company is unregistered in its jurisdiction.

Their request for you to deposit some amount before you withdraw also looks suspicious. Be careful in dealing with them it might be a scam. Do your research properly.

Please don't believe them. Likely, they're also the scam developer that wants to trick people into reading their good words so that you will deposit the decent amount of money they're asking for.

Is there some place to trye by any chance?
Don't search for them anymore, with that condition they're all scams and even if you've got money on your balance there through winning trades. They're tricking you and that's only a simulation for you to be encouraged to deposit and scam your hard earned money.

It is better you avoid the broker or what you called it. You can read what some people commented about the site on Trustpilot. Click on the below link to see it.

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/investi-ray.com

I do not always trust reviews but I will say I trust this one.

If you want to trade, these are exchanges that you can use: https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges. Make more research about the exchange. Make sure they are allowed in your country before using it.
