PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT BY

IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO ALL MINERS
The previous Genesis block problems caused multiple errors in the pool software. It will take time to solve these.

Unfortunately we have had to shut down all mining in our pool.

PLEASE NOTE: Although we have had some hashrate in the pool, we never got a single block. This is why there was no updates in transactions and no payouts.

We will continue working on a solution, however there is no telling at this point as to when it will be up and running again.

Ok, keep up the good work, have been mining in your pool for a few other new coins and are happy so far. Hope you get through this and I'm looking forward to the next coin you are focusing on!!

Oh do reduce your minimum payout as 100 a bit steep.

A config file should be like this:

Quote
pcuser=someusername
rpcpassword=somepassword
server=1

The default RPC port has been set to 9666, you can use that, or another one if you wish.

Seems none of the pools have found any blocks yet.

I apologise profusely for the technical issues the CancerCureCoin network was experiencing.

The reason: A couple of days ago I needed to reset the genesis block. The time of the genesis block was set to today at 22GMT. To test the network I had to increase the time of the seed nodes by two days. This all worked fine. Then about three hours ago I set the time of the nodes back to the correct time ready for the launch. I verified that the nodes all had the correct time. However I did not reset cancercurecoind on the nodes. Because I did not do this, the time() function still returned the incorrect time and thus the nodes were out of sync with the rest of the network.

I have fixed the problem by restarting cancercurecoind on each of the seed nodes.

I hope people will treat this as an innocent error on my part and will be happy to continue to use CancerCureCoin. Once again I am very sorry. Please let me know if there are any more issues. I can contacted via [email protected] or via PM. Make sure to send the debug.log if there are problems.

I will hopefully have the Linux and OSX wallets ready tomorrow, but for now I need some rest. In the meantime, please refer to the doc/build-osx.md and doc/build-unix.md files to build from source. This is relatively simple.

Thank you,

Matthew (Developer)

Good Job mate.

please please can you post a config with RPC port and adnodes for solo mining as the pools aren't working properly. I've hit like 8 blocks already on a pool and there is nothing no block stats zero.
