Not at all, TAT. It was a genuine question, but you've replied with a question instead of an answer.
You may be independently wealthy, for all I know; you could be dripping in gold, or fiat, or btc, and be planning to pay bounties from your own money.
You may be considering setting up an ATC donation fund, so that those who believe in this coin can give a couple of hours of hashtime towards ensuring its success. If so, I'm in (fwiw ~17GH/s); provisionally, I think this coin is a good'un and worthy of support.
You may have a team of 10,000 miners at your beck and call, ready to mine bounty-funds on your command... This might be obeying the letter of "_I_ promise to NEVER mine", but it sure wouldn't be following the spirit of that promise!
You may have a means of funding bounties that hasn't even occurred to me.
But your earlier promises seem to add up to the fact that you, TAT, will never personally own any ATC unless either you buy it or it is gifted to you.
Which is why I was wondering how you can afford to pay bounties?
Are there any words that can account for something that has yet to happen?
Speak only as action. Believe only as witness.
What I'm saying is, I will show you what you want to hear.
