I just started www.pieceofbit.com as an informative website to help beginners learn a little more about bitcoins. I am going to try to run the purely on referrals so that I won't have to overload the site with ads. I have the obvious sites listed where they can earn free bitcoin and some information. My question, how does the site look, and is there any other information/sites you think I should add for newbies.

Hello there... u may like to add www.CoinLearn.org under faucet list... Thanx

Just added Coin Learn to the site with a review.

You should review that review, coinlearn is AWoL and didnt pay.

Nopes, they paid out...

Just got my payment (not confirmed yet)

here is the TX id, maybe you got yours as well?

Edit: removed my negative trust on coinlearn.

Finally you changed the websites background, now It looks much better but there is still space to improve your website for sure. In my opinion colors shouldn't be very striking , the white and black is ok the orange looks nice too but The contrast is to big for me.
Changed the background to a darker image, not sure if it should be lighter or darker. Any input?

Looks like you're off to a good start.  Could you please add http://www.cryptocoinstats.com/ to your list of sites?
We don't currently have a section for your site, but when we add one yours will be first. We have added a little review on our blog you can check it out @ http://www.pieceofbit.com/the-bit-talk.html post a comment there if you would like to explain any other important details about your site.

Very nice writeup.  Thank you.

The text color is too light IMHO. Other than that, I think the design is great and easy to navigate.
Just a note: https://www.999dice.com/ is not probably fair (as far as I know) and, since you're adding games, I wanted to tell you that PrimeDice also has an affiliate program (it's at the bottom of their website) because it's one of the most (if not the most) popular Bitcoin games right now.
Just added a review over primedice. Thanks for the info.

If it's easy to change your main Logo at the top I'd suggest capitalising the P in Piece of Bit.

I think it looks good. What do you think? Uppercase or lowercase?

On the Freebitcoin review page under The Multiplier it says this.

You can also use the multiplier bar which allows you to increase you from 2x all the way to 100x.

Suggest it reads this.

your free bitcoins

Like below.

Going out now but will keep having a look over your site.

In the Bit Talk section bottom right it says this.

Our blog for bitcoin new and general discussion.

It may possibly be meant to read news.

Thanks got it changed. How is the color scheme? Do you think the titles or text should be colored or black?

Black is easy to read on a light coloured background and keeping all the titles the same colour they stand out so people don't have to look hard to find them.

Also for your games try this one CoinRPG which is in development here on the Forum.
