Oh no!
Knowing that correction is also part of knowledge, I will say a big thanks for the correction. I was carried off. I forgot that that topic was empty. That is why I recommend it for him. I am just trying to help. I did not know I was giving invalid information, but thanks for seeing Your attention goes directly to the mistake, and you are able to point it out for accurate information, which is the best, but some will still see mistakes and put blind eyes on them, which will not help any matter but will increase the number of mistakes. Because you are able to identify a mistake, I see no reason why you will not try to correct it or inform the person who made the mistake so that they will make a correction, which you have just done.
I did such mistakes once when the topic was emptied but I didn’t notice too but since I always preview my post before posting and always cross check any link i am about posting i got lucky to notice early and suggested a different link. It not a big deal that made a mistake, everyone makes mistakes and it obvious you didn’t know probably because you didn’t preview your post first. Mistakes and corrections are part of learning so i believe this mistake that have happened will not happen in future again
We are seeing more newbies joining the forum and this type of threads everyday, it seems Bitcointalk is getting recognition because of the bullish trend of Bitcoin. Welcome to the forum. Everything you need to get started can be found on the forum, so please use the search engine and explore the forum to your heart’s content. The above users have pointed you to the forum rules, I think it’s important that you begin with the sticky threads on this board.
I also noticed the rate at which we see an introductory post have increased which means more people are joining the forum and it’s not a bad thing but I don’t really see the need of making an introductory thread when there are whole lots of them already. I guess we can’t blame them since they barely know nothing about the forum.
