OP, go through the topics newcomers create in this section, and you will see that the recommended links are almost always repeated.
From here, you can assume that your topic will be the same, no different from everyone else.
There is plenty of information to read in this section, but there is a problem: beginners do not want to read anything, but rather prefer to create the same questions.

Getting started look simple and easy but taking actions becomes difficult. Just has you've said, newbie always creat similar thread to ask similar questions. I don't know why they can't go through the forum in general and read different articles posted that could help them in this space. Enough of spoon feeding. Be yourself and work towards achieving success in the space.
Yes you are right that mate (getting started look simple but taking actions are difficult) but we must always remember that  not all the time we take an action is difficult which means it's always in the beginning and when you are already do it then the following moves are too simple.  Example of that is when you are in school the first actions are too bad but when the day goes by then it will become more easier.
But the best thing to do if we are newbie is read and understand the topics that we want to learn.

As I'm new and want to learn more maybe there are many people like me
so let this topic be a Gathering Club where all new users can find useful links

Post links of topics that must be read by new people to have a better perspective of the forum

thanks in advance for anyone who spend some time to help others
The gathering club you are proposing, will it be only for the newbies? If yes, that means it will be a kind of blind leading the blind. Who will provide the answers to the questions that all the newbies will be asking?
But if the club will be for everyone in the forum irrespective of the forum rank, it means that the Beginners and help board is already serving the function.

If there are repeated questions, it means that it is a general problem for newbies. But then we will only have one standard answer to these questions and I think the answers are everywhere and some are even pinned at the top of the boards. But if the newbies are too lazy to find them, we keep answering till when we run out of patience.
navigating through the interface might be challenging at first so i don't think forums like this are out of place. Truly, rules should be followed, although there are countless questions and things to know about this platform.

That is a good idea op but gathering club where all the newbies will meet will restrict them from getting enough knowledge from the higher ranked members and by so doing they will end up no learning as supposed .

However, being among the higher ranked members will give them the strength to take corrections when required and also learn faster as a result of quality post from the higher ranked members .

Newbies finds readable contents more interesting basically according to how impressive the beginning of the articles are framed such as how flexible the words are.
Links are not so interested by newbies who doesn't know how the industry really works, basically they finds it hard and error in undergoing through links before they could find a readable content.
Moreso, beginners that needs help in this platform is tasked to acquire diverses of knowledges through individual contributions on board here so, it is by choice to decide what topic you finds interests to get on with rather than compiling the topics on a particular thread just as you OP has suggested. It would definitely be uneasy for most interested individuals to find this your thread as a cost to find readable and interesting topic links.

As you have suggested, there a way a newbie will get determined for what he wants by first taking the step on making search about it while exploring the forum, even if we should provided every required and necessary links a newbie needs to start the forum with, he also need to make moves on how-to get used with the community and also discover more other things beyond what have been given, it all begins by being active, reading through the threads on various boards and making other research online, a newbie also have the priviledge of usig the search button for other areas already discussed here on the forum.

Although the reason why you made the statement about gathering a club of newbies was for a good purpose but there's no need for newbies to gather on this forum and almost everything the newbies will ever need as assistant for their crypto and this community journey is already available on this forum for them to read.

Welcome to the community and I guess it's better to give a time allotment to reading those given links by other members,  you can visit the different boards related to the path you are talking with, which could be, trading, gambling and having a discussion-related to developments if you want, enjoy the learnings. Upon notice, after OP created an account that's the last online account too, it seems like another thread was created, and abandoned.

Yes, those links will really guide you if you can have a good time to study them to know more about cryptocurrency so that you can improve higher for other newbies to see the light in you through your quality post in the forum. I think, many newbies achieved a lot of impart from their local board which it will also help you if you will be able to join your local board, where your language is allowed for the leaders in that forum to use to teach the newbies anything related to crypto and Bitcoin in the local board. That is the habit of newbies, because they always feel they want to grow their account like legendary within a month, not knowing that it took the legendary some years before they where able to grow their account to such stage which newbies can also do the same thing if they can be patience in their learning in the forum.

There are already many nice posts about newbies in the section you posted in and some posts are pinned you can read those posts carefully. The section in which you posted is called Biggens and Help ie this thread is opened to help new users with various issues. If you want to know some things separately then you can present your things nicely here hope you will be helped as much as possible. If the things you know are already in this section, you can read those posts carefully.
There must be an effort to know, if we have an effort to know then we will definitely know. As a new member if you think that this forum is too difficult for us then that idea is wrong, difficult task has to be made easy step by step only then you can learn a lot and know a lot from this forum.

How to earn bitcoin?

There is a tremendous amount of information on the forum. Read it, study it. If something is not clear, ask. And if you are too lazy to read and learn, no one will feed you from a spoon while you are lying on the couch. If you expect that you will be given a universal recipe for how to earn money, I will disappoint you. With this attitude you will never earn anything.
I have to try my best way to learn and also gathering information about BTC I  also trying to watch to others reply and trying to realize. Maybe I m not lazy about work and begging knowledge from seniors.

BTC is my dream now and I hold it in my heart !

So what will all these newbies do together? What will be the use of a group of untrained soldiers in a group? The only thing they can do is create more chaos in the forum. And in most cases, this self-supporting group turned into a merit farming group where people exchanged merit with each other to rank up. The best thing a newbie can do is read what some OG members of the forum post and learn from them. I don't see a better alternative than this right now.

it seems that you are not new to this forum, from what I see, you immediately posted a post in the "Beginner Help" thread, it seems like you understand about this forum. Whatever it is, please explore topic according to what you are looking for. @Dunamisx has provided links that are important for you to learn, and those are the basic knowledge that you must at least understand to be on this forum, to continue to develop, and to comply with existing regulations. Furthermore, you can read various posts on the Beginners & Help board, because there are many interesting topics that are also quite important for you to read.

And in the end, the process, progress and results will also depend on yourself. because I am the one who will determine your path here. Consistency in continuing to learn and try in this forum is quite important so that you can stay longer and continue to develop. Not only fellow newbies, you can also discuss with other members who have different skills. They will be very enthusiastic and open to various discussions. So don't worry.

I don't want to criticize the post as many others have already done this, but I would suggest you to try exploring the forum as all the links related to newbie/new users are already present in this forum, going forward you may just search for any topic or doubts which you encounter and you will find the relevant post for help and only when you don't find one you may create a topic in regards to the same. Anyways welcome to the forum and focus on basics of Bitcoin and don't fall for any ponzi schemes.

OP I acknowledge your post and is a way to lead/guide the new ones coming to the right path but you should also know that some if not all the links that will guide newcomers are already in every section you find yourself.
And to me no matter how you try to address this matter on how newbies or newcomers should behave, they would only read this post and shake their head like they'll follow all that's been said but later they'll do whatever pleases them and that's what's the community have been try to correct from the newcomers.

I don’t know how I feel about the idea of beginners having a club in a topic. Maybe it might drag a whole lot of persons here but, I don’t think all the ideas on the site can be contained or found in a single topic. It wouldn’t give room for much expansion and exploration.
What would we be if we don’t explore the site and find other ideas that might not be seen fit or is yet to surface here. Can’t say it’s entirely a best idea for a club and I don’t think it wouldn’t be useful too.
I can say, I saw a niche or purpose from the first comment already, talking about learning about this site and about Bitcoin.

actually, the Op's intentions are quite good, the thread could have consisted of some references for beginners in understanding basic things related to forums. so they don't need to say hello by creating a new thread with some repetitive questions.
Unfortunately, Op has not been actively posting for some time. he is only online and does not respond to users who provide opinions in his threads. or if you think this thread is enough, it's best to lock it, that would be better, I think.

This greatly defines why am here.
About the site:
I have noted that, users can be removed (Banned) so, a need to know of the site is necessary to avoid this.
About Bitcoin:
Mainly it’s the core reason for joining the site. Bitcoin have been around for sometime and it would be a shame dwelling on just rumors and what is said out there without taking steps to do your own findings.

You don't need to create a club for the newbies because each has their experience in the cryptocurrency so when they came they ask questions to know more things about the system or the forum and Bitcoin. Therefore everyone has their own way to start. And for you to progress in the forum you have to read and learn from elderly members in the forum. You are to learn to know and teach other newbies that will just join the forum to know more on Bitcoin. You have to use the search bars of the different boards for anything you want to know and if you didn't see from there then you can use Google Search Engine to get what you want.
If you look very well in some thread, you will know that newbies are everywhere in this beginners and help discussion trying to learn new things from some links and legendary member post that will help them to improve to become a better person in the future which is the purpose of many newbies in this forum.

Just try to make use of those tools and you will learn so many new things that will increase your quality post for the high rank members to know that you have gone far to study some of the things that related to cryptocurrency.

new here  hope that clear out ur confusion
Glad to read that you're old on some other fora. That supposes you know different fora have rules and regulations. Reading about such rules should be the first thing you head straight into. It doesn't take much of a time to find that here too. Well, like a few other users have dropped you links I hope you find time to read those threads and assimilate them. Sorry to say this but most newbies don't like reading. They want to head to posting once they get the liberty of posting, always in a hurry for nothing. I hope you will be different.

Common!!!!
You registered on this forum and you didn't bother to check if all you ask for is already in place here in this exact section but instead you went and opened a topic to help newbies in which you didn't actually provide any help!
See how many things are wrong with this?

Just lock the topic and go explore the links others have posted!

You are actually correct you know, it really funny the way newbies get registered and immediately start teaching.Newbies Stop Teaching When You Need To Learn.. How can someone who haven't even studied the forum for 24 hours make a contribution without navigating through the system. That is not a proper way of learning. I believe by people's reactions, he would have start making use of the search botton.

All useful links are already in this section you don't need to make this thread because this section already has sticky threads for newbies like you, you should read them first before you make a thread number one this "Newbies - Read before posting".

Thanks for the clarity, I hope OP takes the advice and does the needful by first reading the pinned threads in every board, there are numerous links to get every information needed, if he had done that, he'd never had created this topic, so for starters he can go through the pinned thread here "Newbies -Read before posting". The thing is that many newbies miss a lot when they don't go through the manuals of whatever they want to engage in, and they'll end up making available mistakes. I really respect this forum because it is well structured in every sense because there's provision for answers to every questions that can be asked about the forum and the profile of every member is seen, it's a real decentralized platform.

This was too fast OP, you just recently joined the forum and without going through the forum to see the rules and look for important links you need to go through and guide you in the forum, you just decided to form a club. What would have made you think that others wouldn’t have that that idea since the forum was created several years ago? Before coming to drop a new post, check well to see if that has not being discussed before in the forum. The reply to your question has being answered from the previous comments on this thread, go through them and have a grasp of how things work here.

My advice for you is to focus on reeading and getting to know this place instead rushing and creating a new topic for every sinle things that cross your mind.

As I'm new and want to learn more maybe there are many people like me

Common!!!!
You registered on this forum and you didn't bother to check if all you ask for is already in place here in this exact section but instead you went and opened a topic to help newbies in which you didn't actually provide any help!
See how many things are wrong with this?

Just lock the topic and go explore the links others have posted!

Post links of topics that must be read by new people to have a better perspective of the forum

Beginners help is already a gathering club what you called since they can find or browse perfect answer regarding on their questions in mind. Also they can ask a lot of question bothering them to get quality answer. If you think you still need a lot of information regarding on this forum and how crypto work for sure there's a lot of sticky threads on each sections on this forum and if newbie read it for sure this is helpful for them to know basic things that can help them.

Also newbies just need to exert effort since if they rely on spoon feeding for sure there's nothing they can get from that and they will be upset once there's no people help them then decide to quit since they find it hard to understand this community. So basic researching is important plus effort needed to exert for sure if they are hardworking type of person they will be rewarded soon with those effort they do just to learn a lot of things about crypto.

Even if you want this to be the welcoming thread for many newbies, you won't stop the them from making new threads about the topics that they want to learn.

Or just some usual conversations and discussions that they want to have. What is best for the newbies to learn is the links that have been dropped and the stickies related to the threads, sections and forum rules.

It's like a go-to first for most of you but do not forget to enjoy your stay.

Another newbie will register tomorrow and create a topic like this and they will ask to post links for them too. There is a simple thing you should follow. Whenever you visit each board, you will notice there are some pinned topics/sticky topics. Just read them and you will know the rules of each board. To know general forum rules, check the meta board and the sticky topics in the meta board.

As a newbie, if you want to know more about this forum, just spend more time reading. No matter if you are a crypto veteran already or not. But, if you have something to share, don't hesitate to post it. But make sure you are not spamming the forum.

I can see the zeal in you trying to learn bitcoin so fast but I will tell you you don't need to be too fast, just take your time and learn things better once and for all and don't try to rush things.you can get every important link you need for learning in the forum, their is no need for you to create a thread where links will be dropped.  Instead just go through the several topics in the beginner's and help section and whatever thing that seems to be difficult for you to understand, you can ask questions that you will surely get answers to your questions.

Welcome to Bitcointalk. Start your journey with the sticky threads on this board. There are plenty of tutorials and threads that teach newbies all about the forum and basics of bitcoin.

P.S. It’s fine that you’re experimenting with the bbcodes but avoid making bolded texts or writing in cap locks unless it’s necessary. I don’t see the point of coloring the last part of your text. It only takes away from your message.
Read this thread to learn how to make your posts more effective; and

Hey there, welcome to our little corner of the internet!  It's great to hear you're eager to learn and engage with our community.  Love seeing that kinda enthusiasm! Now about this idea of yours for a central thread with helpful links - great thought, but it might not be the most effective approach. Such threads will disappear real quick with new topics constantly poppin' up, making it difficult for new users to find.

Here's my suggestion that I think could work better - every board here has a pinned thread up top with key info for new folks. These threads are a great starting point to get acquainted with the forum's rules, guidelines, resources, etc.  So I suggest to check those babies out first to get your bearings on how we do things around here.

And if you still have questions after diggin' into those threads, make a new post and ask away! We're always down to help newbies figure things out and spread some wisdom and  so welcome again.

And, just a quick tip: please try not to write your entire posts in bold or highlight parts of the text unless it's really necessary. We prefer a more straightforward approach on this forum.

In fact, on each board, there is a thread that is pinned by the moderator to provide important information that every new member can read. on local boards, there are also pinned threads, and even that will be easier information to understand.
but if you want to add your thread to this. You must summarize the members who commented on your thread, and include it in your first post. it will be easy to read for every member who opens your thread. it will help when your thread has enough pages.

All useful links are already in this section you don't need to make this thread because this section already has sticky threads for newbies like you, you should read them first before you make a thread number one this "Newbies - Read before posting".
Ensure you create a good time for yourself and other newbies to go through this newbies link so that you will not be afraid of what to do in the platform and, I know many newbies always in an hurry to rank up in a wrong way that will affect them in the future which you don't need to be part of such habit.

Once you know all the rules that governed the platform and what to discuss in a particular discussion sectors, you are good to enjoy the benefits other Bitcointalk.org users are enjoying and you will like what the users are enjoying in this platform because, there are people to learn from in this platform and there are people to learn from you in a particular topic or comment in a thread in this platform.

You don't need to create any additional thread which you called a club because this section of the forum already explained it all. This section as a whole is where you would find all kinds of helpful article and content posted by some reputable members and users who are eager to help the newbies, in other hand you should devote your time to read them carefully in order to understand forum the way you may want.

Beginners & Help is exactly for that. As BitMaxz has mentioned, this board already has a sticky thread that would help newbies learn more about the forum and how to properly navigate in it. if you have questions but can't find answers after doing your research you can ask them here, I am certain there are members who are more than willing to provide you answers that you are looking for.

Welcome to the forum!

Nice to know you are still brand new and able to find the Beginners & Help section and even able to make also a new topic just after 4 minutes of registration. I am still confused about whether you are a real newbie or an alternative account.

btw welcome to the forum and best of luck for your journey.

As a newbie, you're expected to start learning from two aspects, the first is about the forum while the second is about bitcoin which is the main purpose for the creation of this platform, there are threads already created to serve as guide to newbies towards having a successful experience being on this forum and you can begin with these.

Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ
